Progress! I can now do the "no weights" sets with 2 pound weights and am using 5 pound weights for the rest. I'm feeling stronger every day!

Finally I found something that works for me!!!! I am turning 57 very soon, and I have chronic fatigue. All the work outs are designed more for 20's or 30's. I just wanted something that doesn't drain me before work. The indoor walk part I just skip and walk the dog (we go pretty far). Thank you so much making these videos available!

That was great. I really enjoy all of your videos and encouraging words. The letter association technique had me stumped - I kept thinking "A"....for apple! Maybe I was hungry at the time! Thanks and keep them coming!

Outdoor scenes are terrific. i live in the Sonoran Desert - Tucson. Appreciate the greenery. As a retired teacher, I loved the added task of generating feeling words. Also, working without weights, then with weights is a nice change of pace. Thank you so much. Karen

The hardest part of this was lifting the weights above my head! I could just about cope with the rest. Loved it and I got my 50+ husband to join me in doing the workout together!

Have just completed this video and really liked it. More challenging than I had expected - which is a positive comment as have been trying to exercise most days of the week for over a year. I have lost almost 20 pounds and want to do some serious toning / firming. Also love your voice - as it has a calming / positive affect.

I have been doing the 10-minute arm toning workout for a few weeks now, with successful results. My arms feel stronger. I decided to try this 15-minute workout to push myself just that little bit more. I have a history of previous exercise-induced injuries, but since taking it a bit slower and with lots of stretching exercises, my muscles are stronger and more flexible. I'm not far off 50, but felt inspired to follow along with these workouts, and they are good for mindfulness, too! Thank you, Schellea.

Thanks for the new one Schellea, I missed my workout yesterday. Not good when I miss a day. I have trouble just after that long. BTW I am almost 65 and can do almost all of your routines so far. The ones lying down need more cushioning.🙂 But do the standing routines best. Balance ones are my challenges and some others but my balance is so much better. I can't thank you enough. Your home and you are so lovely ❣️

Exercise increases your heart rate and helps pump more blood through your system, which is also what raises your core temperature. Regular exercise makes your heart stronger and more efficient. Over time it reduces your resting heart rate by 5-25 beats per minute. Endorphins are released.🤗❤

Thank you so much for this video! I've never had a problem going on long daily walks. But, I've never been able to motivate myself to do the repetitive exercises for arms and core because I found them to be so boring. I just couldn't find the patience for them..............until now.........because you don't make them boring! Woohoo! Thank you, thank you, thank you! It also helps me greatly when you show in the upper box what the next exercise is going to be. That helps me with all your exercises cause I can mentally start preparing. And btw, I'm still trying to get used to having sore arm muscles. Haha

Arms....nightmare to do.......then you came along! Absolutely loved this (just started jan 14 day challenge). You are such a breath of fresh air and so are your workouts....loved the word game...so simple ( but hard!😂). You really understand how over 50’s who have not exercised for years feel and deliver programmes that are suitable, with exercises and pace being really considered. I have started a lot of programmes/gyms/boot camps over the last 5 years which all lead to an injury of some sort causing me to quit and fearful of going back as I just know my body can’t do what the want you to do on day 1! I am 52 and definitely need to lose a few stone......I’m 1 year in with your exercises and dieting and already 2stone down and feeling 10 times better! Long way to go but just thought I’d share....day 3 tomorrow.....bring it on! 💪👏❤️

Just completed the new challenge. “A” is for Awesome! It was a challenge that got me started with Schellea and that was in November. I have been faithfully doing the exercises every day (Saturday and Sunday too!). The variety helps keep me coming back. Also, started drinking the apple cider vinegar drink and l am feeling great. With the right food programme. From March 1, 2021, I've lost 9 kg. Still 6 to go to reach my goal weight. At 58 years of age, It's not too late to have a healthier body. You have done so much for us- I feel the least I can do is answer your question re. how my body handled 20 reps. That's an "S" for some of them! No way can I (yet) do more than 2 or 3 tricep x's with weights. But the biceps & last move- full 20 reps each with the dumbbells! By the way, O for optimal! OK, busted! I looked up positive words that start with O. 💕💕💕Yay, Schellea!!!Thank you.

I really enjoyed this workout ! I’ve been doing the 10 minute one and this is slightly more challenging for me. I’m definitely seeing an improvement in my tuck shop arms. Thank you for your continued inspiration.

Last winter in lockdown at home these excercise programs kept me sane and by summer I had toned up and lost weight. Thankyou for being such a great motivator and keeping me engaged. I'm 58 this year and feeling energised. This year I'm still working out and on track.

I did this yesterday when I did day 1&2. This is added to my playlist too 😊 Thanks for the letters, it's positive way to workout while thinking of encouraging words. I did most of these with weights. This is the best arm workout with weights. I do it three times a week. Love the idea with using letters.
