Loved this workout - first two exercises on round two threw me as it was same arm and I just followed the video, but will change arms next time 😊. Love all your videos. Set myself a target over the summer holidays to work out everyday - granddaughters threw a slasher in the works for a couple of days here and there but I’m still seeing a difference , thank you xx 🤗

Hey, Schellea. I'm 73. I'm fighting back on aging. I have 3, 5 8 & 10 lb weights. I'm not up to the 10 ,lbs yet at all. On the 2nd round, I have to drop down some. -- I have done this video only a few times and I'm pleased with the results. I'm not where I want to be yet. But getting there! Really excited to start trying these workouts. Thank you for sharing. I just turned 49. Sadly i have not been active much at all. Struggling with depression & sleep issues. Being inactive has caused me to gain 60 lbs in about a year & half 🫣😭🫣. My question is …If I do these arm exercises, will my arms become smaller around as well as toned? Going to check if you have more exercise videos for other body areas 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻💛💛💛

Well here I am now out of my fabulous 50s but I'm gonna stay because i have decided to be in my spicy 60s! Thanks for all of your workouts and encouragement. I hope you stop occasionally to pat yourself on the back and know how many lives you have touched(and all your family helpers! I still love the beach HIIT with Andresa a lot). Through my ups and downs and injuries, weight losses and gains, i find myself always going back to your workouts. I perform these weights every other day and am on 4th day of 7 day challenge for planks. I think you have the best area specific workouts. It goes really fast and I am doing it. WOW. I can feel the difference these exercises are making for me.

I like this workout. Been doing it 3-4 times per week for about 5 to 6 weeks now. When I started, I could only use 2 and 3kg weights but am now on 4kg for all except 3 of the exercises, so that’s a definite improvement. Would love some more 20 mins like this. ❤

Sweet killer toning. I went with my 8lb weights round one. I have a bad right shoulder from a fall. Second round I went back and forth 8lb and 5lb but did it all. You are awesome ❤

Woo Hoo, a new arm workout. My arms are saying You Go Girl! I enjoyed the format of this routine. I have done your ten, fifteen & twenty minute arm workouts. I find when I do the ten minute one, I generally don't go for round two. The way you choreographed this encouraged me to keep going. If I'm being honest, arm exercises aren't on the top of my list of fun things to do. I know it is important to keep challenging myself as I age. I'm like the little engine that could. I keep telling myself I think I can, I think I can, and then I say I can. Thank you, Shellea for motivating me to maintain my fitness so that I can keep sparkling and shining in my 60's and beyond. ✨💖✨
