Thank you for this, Sarah Beth. What you said about the other side of the coin was so helpful. That's a tricky message to convey because it can come across as dismissive of pain or somehow too pat, like "everything happens for a reason! 😊" But the way you described it, the other side of the coin is something that's just there, a dialectic that's as inevitable as dark with light or morning with night. I appreciate all the videos you share.

Dear Sarabeth, this video brought me to such an emotional release, incredible deep pain and anxiety and sorrow finally showed up as the other side of the coin was cleared.
