Yes, breathwork! I have some breathwork (pranayama) classes in the SarahBethYoga APP and introduce it in our sessions here. But by incorporating a breathwork practice each day you can improve your lung health, function and capacity. Look up breathwork and try to find a video you can repeat each day or a course you can follow.
