So beautifully soothing. Loved this one so much. Another one that tears came at the end..I'm like, what the hecks going on. It felt wonderful and I'm not sad, but I do understand. @sarahbethyoga If you mean of this particular practice, it had to be the "thread the needle" shoulder stretch where you press your temple to the mat. It always feels good to me, and this time my body surprised me by wanting to go deeper. But I didn't want to risk hurting myself. Maybe next time I'll try the modification and go deeper if my body still feels up to it.

I loved doing this 21 day challenge. This last week had some harder stuff for me. I’m not very flexible and I have a bad back (3 back surgeries, scoliosis and kyphosis from the surgeries, not severe, but noticeable.) Lying on my back on the ground is hard, I usually need a minute to adjust and if I feel like it’s going to hurt I lift one knee up. I sleep on my back usually but the ground is much harder 😅. I hope to start seeing my strength, flexibility and overall body feel better. Thanks!
