This looks like it might help me loose weight in my chest, but there's a few problems, and I know you likely won't get a chance to see this let alone respond but I'd still like to ask. I hope that's okay. But the main problem is that I take seizures where I fall, jerk, and twitch, and I have another type where I just fall. The question is which of these do you think would have the lowest chance of me getting hurt?

Cloud Of course it's ok! We all have to start somewhere. Just put the forearm down onto the ground and practice it like that until you can bring the hand down instead :)

Will this decrease slight chest aches ??? As i slouch and am tense a lot of the time which don't help.....

Jon Reid It definitely could! I mean, provided there aren't any medical issues going on and the aches are caused from slouching... The chest videos definitely help to open up the chest and also strengthen the upper back muscles which will help hold your shoulders back so you don't slouch as much... Hope that helps!
