This was my first yoga video by you, your voice is so calming and I loved seeing it filmed from the side! Thank you! I'm trying to do 30 days of yoga in January and some days I just don't have an hour, so I might be coming to you again for some more 15 minute flows. Thank you! Namaste.

This looks like it might help me loose weight in my chest, but there's a few problems, and I know you likely won't get a chance to see this let alone respond but I'd still like to ask. I hope that's okay. But the main problem is that I take seizures where I fall, jerk, and twitch, and I have another type where I just fall. The question is which of these do you think would have the lowest chance of me getting hurt?

Fantastic video for my tight trapezius and pectoral muscles.This segment allows for both gentle strengthening and stretching and is way more fun than my PT sessions. Thank you and keep up the wonderful work, you are a gift to all.

hey candace i love ur videos... i follow ur yoga so religiously cos i love the way u explain.ur voice is soft nd u explain it so well... just wondering do u have any videos with twisty kinda poses... im nt new to yoga bt i do find the vinyasa that one a little hard to balance

Cloud Of course it's ok! We all have to start somewhere. Just put the forearm down onto the ground and practice it like that until you can bring the hand down instead :)

Will this decrease slight chest aches ??? As i slouch and am tense a lot of the time which don't help.....

Jon Reid It definitely could! I mean, provided there aren't any medical issues going on and the aches are caused from slouching... The chest videos definitely help to open up the chest and also strengthen the upper back muscles which will help hold your shoulders back so you don't slouch as much... Hope that helps!
