All of these tips are great but one thing I want to say is I love the concept of Notion so much and other peoples templates are so cool but I have tried for YEARS to be a notion girly and I just can’t.. I rely too much on the notes app of my phone and kind of thrive on that commonplace book, all-over-the-place feel of the notes app and it works great for me!

About tasks you dislike or procrastinate; my brother in law once said this analogy to me: “If they give you the task to eat a frog and you get 24h to do it.. it’s better to eat the frog as soon as possible then to wait the whole day and think about it constantly.” That’s how i get things done now and it really helps to think about this!
