Hey, Leila! How are you doing? I fancy watching this spiffing video and the useful lesson as well. Here are a few words that I never learnt them. 1. Gabelle (noun) = a tax on salt. For example: The British imposed a gabelle on the colonies. 2. Impignorante (verb) = to pawn or mortgage something. For example: Leony impignoated her necklace. 3. Jentacular (adjective) = pertaining to breakfast. For example: We took a jentacular walk to let the food go down. 4. Kakorrhaphiophobia (noun) = fear of failure. For example: It was the last word a person with kakorrhaphiophobia would like to encounter in a spelling bee, 5. Lamprophony (noun) = loudness and clarity of enunciation. For example: Both the actress and the actor were praised for their lamprophohy yesterday. 6. Nudiustertian (noun) = the day before yesterday. For example: Nudiustertian, we went to the cinema. 7. Oxters (noun) = outdated word meaning "armpits". For example: The boy forgot to use his deodorant, I know because his oxters stink. 8. Thingamajig (noun) = something unspecified whose name is either forgotten or not known; For example: What do you call that thingamajig? You know - the circle with the line through it. 9. Thingummy (noun) = a person or thing whose name one has forgotten, does not know, or does not wish to mention. For example: A. I once bought a thingummy out of one of those catalogues. B. Is thingummy going to be there? You know that man from the Marketing Department? 10. Xertz (verb) = to gulp down quickly and greedily. For example: After school he had xertzed about three bottles of water.

Most of these are used in the US as well Kerfuffle I’ve heard in Brit movies and not in the States. One term that is common in British movies and not in the States is the verb to nick-steal. There are other terms to mean steal in the Stares but nick isn’t one of them.

I knew some of these from past videos you've released, it's a good reminder. I like "Whippersnapper" in French there's a similar term to designate overconfident young men : "Blanc-bec" (literally "white-beak") referring to the pale skin of teenagers who haven't grown a mustache yet. It's a bit old-dated an can't apply to female.

Especially common questions like ? (These are easy questions but i cannot speak continuously, because lack of knowledge and lack of points?apart from that I can speak other topics continuously. (fullently ) How should I overcome this barrier? 1)what is benefit of computer? 2)why oxygen is important? 3)why education is important? If it's native English speakers how it would be, can they speak continuously?

Hello Leila, hello Sabrah. Watching your clip I thought I'd ask you for your professional opinion not connected to the clip's topic (sorry). Would you be so kind to look at the following sentence and tell me whether it's understandable? It's one sentence from my abstract of 'Wuthering Heights' chapter 14: 'Who knew what else could have happened if Ellen hadn't interfered saying, quite unromantically, that since Cathy had checked Linton's condition and found him not dying, even of love to her, it was about time to go back home'. What I meant was that Linton, according to Heathcliff, was to be dying of love to Cathy. She checked his condition, found him not dying at all, not dying of love to her either. Is what I meant clear enough in that sentence? Thank you:)
