Thanks bright side..but all asanas start from shavasana and ends with shavasana..one more thing..all asanas must do with right inhale and exhale breath ing and u didn't mention breathing in any of these asanas..if u r not doing asanas with rt breathing all these will be in vain.it will give negative result

At least 100 of those views are from me, cuz i have been doing these yoga asanas everyday. Let me say, it is so effective. After a week following this video i could see the difference in my stomach. Even my boyfriend asked me what i'm doing cuz i have an hour glass shape now. So thank you Bright side By the way i have been doing these for more than a month now

I have been doing this for 4 months now and my body started to get back to a toned shape. I am so grateful I decided to do it every other day. It makes my body stronger and healthier. Even though I am now in my early 50s , I think it is never too late.

May I ask do you alternate side for side plank, revolve side angle, and tree pose? Because if we do it only on one side, it feels unbalanced. Do we alternate it between left and right on alternate days? Thanks.

I am not an expert. When I was practising yoga, my master taught me to relax and do as much as I can rather than pushing myself to do it. Beginners can start with 30 seconds or less. Do not push your body beyond its limits. Improve gradually. cheers. :)

Been doing yoga for a couple weeks now and notice a big improvement in my flexibility and also most important my strengths. My little muffin of a tummy has gone down and also my arms have gotten slimmer and stronger. Did this video for the first time today and it may look easy but wow. Good luck to everyone!

Ive been doing this now for about a year and a half…I incorporated self love and believing in myself…I went from 250-185 in about 6 months. Some months I only practiced 3 times a week, but I promise you my whole life has changed from when I started in 2021. Thank you Bright Side.

I've been doing this yoga session and rotating with the next one that comes up after this for 6 months. I have dramatically increased my strength and flexibility. But more importantly, I went from feeling these moves were really hard and uncomfortable to now looking forward to them each day. Stick with these long term and it will change the way you feel about your strength and flexibility vastly :)

I’ve been doing this for almost 3 months already and I for sure feel a difference. You might not feel any soreness but you sure do feel hunger and you do lose weight. Once again 🙏🏽

This exercise really works for me. I've tried several types of exercises but since I found this one, I just sticked to it. I started it last week of August and it is really doing wonders to my belly. I am now able to wear those clothes that I haven't worn for a long time because they were too small for me.But not anymore now!Thank you!

Yoga is body weight exercise. It requires your body to adjust and compensate. It is hard. It will get easier. You will get more flexible. Flexibility helps you age slower and improve muscle composition. For those of you looking if it works. Yes it does, if you put in the work every day.

I know I am very late but I will update 😊 please remind me 😊 Day 1 :; no change ( of course 😅) Day 2 ;: no change but I am sweating a lot Day3:; I can see a bit change Please like so I can come back to my comment. 😶😶 Day 4 :: I can hold my poses a little long Now it has been 1 month and I have lost a lot of weight around 2kg I can see change not only my stomach but my legs have gotten stronger before I used to run 10 minute but now I can run like 20 minutes and I have became very flexible . And with this I used to drink water as soon as I get up like two glasses ☺️ and that's all I hope my update helped you ☺️☺️ bye bye 👋

Week 3 of doing this routine 6/7 days. And so far I have seen results. My stomach does indeed look flatter than before. Cant wait to see what the final results will look like. I love this video🤗😁👍

May I ask do you alternate side for side plank, revolve side angle, and tree pose? Because if we do it only on one side, it feels unbalanced. Do we alternate it between left and right on alternate days? Thanks.

I started doing today and I must say that the corpse pose is my favourite one XD I feel like when the time is 1 minute, for the other exercises, they are the longest 1 minutes of my life but for the corpse one it is the total opposite 😂😅

I am age 11 and this was really difficult. I am not skinny and I wanted to lose weight so I could be more secure about my body, let me say that this was very difficult I gave up halfway through the video cause my asthma started to kick in but tomorrow I hope that I could get thought the whole thing. I'm really looking forward into seeing a change with my stomach 😁

I continued these 15 yoga poses for 2 months and lost 4 kgs. From 76 to 72. . It was gradual but it brings a lot of difference in the posture , body shape , hair and skin. . One must try before commenting against this yoga.

I've been doing the abs yoga and everyone is asking what I have been doing to look good. BTW I am a good weight and always active but could not shake the tummy. Now flat as! Never too late to start and I am in my late 50's. Use it or lose it!

Awesome video. I am a yoga instructor myself (certified by Vivekananda Yoga University) and these poses actually do work if your goal is to achieve a flat stomach. Plus, there are many more benefits except a toned body.

These yoga asanas are really affective, initially if you are new to yoga you might end up having pains and aches all over but , don't give up ,coz the final result is gonna be amazing. Tried this out in 2019 and loved the results , have gotten a little chubby during quarantine,so back at it again.

I started this yoga routine from lock down I think from june... I can easily notice changes in by body from 59 kg to 50 kg now..with this yoga I was doing some other exercises in the evening and eating healthy (with cheat days)... Doing this gives me relaxing feel and my body feels light and energetic.... Continue this for a month u can't leave this yoga routine in the morning.. On my busy days i have skipped this sometimes but i can feel the difference between the days i did and skipped.... Now I just completed this in morning🌞..... Happy morning😍

This really work when you do it correctly... It's working for me.... Still haven't achieved what i wanted but i can surely see the difference in one week... Doing all without break and doing warm up before doing it all... Its takes around half an hour. Breathing correctly is also important and i am not doing any dieting.. eating regular meal but not junk food

I've been doing this for 3 weeks now (only 2-3 times a week) and I could see a little difference on my abdomen, it does get toned up a bit but I can tell you this exercise reaaally improves flexibility.

Answer to all those who are reading comments to see if it works... Then answer is yes... I have been trying this since years... And it actually works.. yoga gives you fitter yet softer body which is very good benefit for girls ... men can also have several benefits from yoga.. I do every Asana which is shown in video.. I went on 46 kg from 75 kg. In 2 years.

1. Just practice 108 Sun Salutations everyday , 2. vegetarian diet , 3. avoid sugar , I nearly lost 27 Kgs in One month and I am happy to announce that , peace ! 🌷☺️ Edit : precautions - Be hydrated - Gradually increase the count ✅ And remember " Persistence is the only key ". And only you have power to sculpt your body , making it flexible and shut down the demotivating people ❤️🌵

@@DerpityMusicAndMu Sure , I was 89.6 kgs. , So take it as 90 kgs . And believe me Ms. MV , Surya Namaskar ( Sun Salutations ) are really effective when performed on a regular basis without taking a day off either at sunrise or sunset . I used to perform 54 rounds ( it covers 648 yoga poses ) in the morning and 54 at night . This is why I woke up fresh in the morning 🌷🌈🌬️

Sun Salutations does not harm your body in any way if performed correctly . You can easily reduce weight being healthy .

@@apurvatopre That sounds... unsustainable. I don't know anything about you, don't misunderstand me. But for most people losing 1 kg per day (which equals to what you lost) is not only bad for their health but, for the most part, impossible. As for your case, I'm glad it worked for you. Peace!

I am doing these asanas for 3 weeks.. except ushtrasana i can do all... But its not that u can do every asanas for the first time... Have patience and try them... I could see my body changing in every aspect.. even the food intake is reduced considerably.. Good luck and dont lose hope...

All the yogas were kind of ok but the boat pose was the hardest for me, I could barely lift my body up! TT Edit- i've been doing this for 3-4 days now, without a proper diet but I do already notice a little bit of difference, I suggest that u eat less, don't really need to go on a diet just reduce the amount food u eat and u will see a difference!👌 -Ok so it's been around a week since I 've been doing this yoga and I can see a clear difference around my waist line and my tummy!✌

Love this workout regime, its been over two weeks and i already feel energetic and high on stamina. Hasn't noticed any physical changes yet, though. side plank pose and boat pose for me ,is the hardest. Also i've added 5 sun salutations along with 5 mins of anulom vilom (breathing exercises) with this regime.

Quite true...and technically speaking, any activity done with the intent of unifying body, mind and soul is a form of yoga, and if you misuse these disciplines you're actually doing your entire being more harm than good. Although this video is focused mainly on the typical Western goal of improving the body, it is still less damaging than going to those horrendous gym classes in which Yoga is presented in almost the same way as aerobics or some sort of spectator sport!

@@cupcakeChristy it is definitely better than half the intense workouts that end up changing your whole figure.. and even for workouts, you dont directly jump to doing pushups for 25 mins straight now do you? ;) you start with the beginner workouts. The same goes for yoga. Once you improve your flexibility you go for the intense ones. Its mot like nobody else but India is doing yoga right? :))

I have been doing these yogasanas everyday since 1 month. I can see the results, it is so effective. Also, I'm so much used to doing these, that I don't like to miss it any day. Still I find boat pose most difficult.

Never push yourself further then your body will allow... you will end up tearing your muscles, ligaments or tendons which will take MANY months or even years to heal... The older you are the less flexible you are so dont try to push too hard. Stretching should never be painful.. it should feel a little uncomfortable maybe - the trick is to relax in the position, your brain will want to fight the urge of an over stretch as a defence mechanism.. if this happens ease off a little and relax the musle and make sure to breath. Never hold your breath while stretching. I use to do kickboxing so stretching was very important.. if its done too much too soon you will get injured!!!! Be safe! Let your breath be your guide :)

Hi , i love this workout as this traditionally practiced by Indians! It works inam doing it from a week ! So slim belly , 9 inches difference , isn't it fabulous ? I used to drink green tea twice a day with it and no sugary items, normal home food , it works !!

Believe or not! I have been doing these yoga poses everyday for a month plus eating less than before. I lost four lbs at least and my stomach is slimmer too.

Don't do this if you aren't a trained yogi. Doing some of these wrong could be harmfull. If you want to do yoga safely on the internet I would recomend "yoga with adrienne" or "yoga with kassandra". They are good teachers and know how to deal with first timers. I am following Adrienne myself
