Ive been doing this routine 5 days a week so far for the last few weeks, (along with eating better) I've already been slamming slimming down! This routine defiantly targets your mind section and strengthens your arms. I recommend this to anyone!

I have done this every single day for almost a year, the results are almost astounding. My entire body is far more sculptured and sturdy and I have less excess fat. This combined with eating well has made me feel far happier within myself and I am very thankful

I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. kzbin.infoUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

First time I did this today, never knew humor could make you forget how excruciating the pain is (gained so much and this made me realize how much out of shape I am lol). Felt like I was doing yoga with a friend. Doing this everyday!!!

I have been doing this every day and I can already see great results. Changed my eating habits a little. the bikini shorts that were digging into me quite a bit 2 weeks ago are now hardly digging in. I definitely recommend doing this if you want to lose belly fat! I'll post an update after 3 more weeks of doing this. Update: This has changed my life, I feel more comfortable in my body and in my opinion this workout helps with losing belly fat and gaining more flexibility in your hips. I have been doing this and will continue just to get some daily exercise.

@@sarahlagerweij4747 interesting! And did you just do it once a day? I've stuck with it for a couple of weeks now but not every day. It's the one thing I've stuck with though, partly because of the feedback, so I'll keep at it and hopefully see some results! If nothing else it's bound to increase strength with those planks and situps!

I have tried so many yoga videos and instructors on KZbin, and this is the first video I really enjoy! There are no “impossible” poses which destroy your motivation within a few seconds and I really feel full of energy after doing it! Thank you so much for posting this!

I’ve been doing this for at least 4-6 days now and trust me, it gets way easier!!! I can do this whole video now without a single pose missed! Highly recommend this workout!

will just say that this has been showing me excellent results! i have been doing 5 yoga routines a day. two of them (this one and the 15 minute morning sun salutations yoga flow by yoga with kassandra) are more exercise. then the other three (10 minute morning yoga full body stretch by yoga with kassandra, yoga for bloating by sarahbeth yoga, and 10 minute evening stretch-betime yoga for beginners by yoga with kassandra) are really relaxing and chill. i have seen great results in very little time. i haven't been dieting (trying to eat better, yes, slightly. but not dieting) and i take walks at least 3 times a week (very leisurely, nothing rushed. its only for like 30 minutes a day). im not terribly active, but this yoga has helped me a lot! hope this comment helps someone :))) have a blessed day!

I have been doing this workout almost every day since this video was published and I can assure it's very effective. Even though I've memorized the whole workout and can do it easily by myself, sometimes I still like to do it while watching the video because Jenna is so kind. I also have mild scoliosis so I have to carefully pick out the workouts I do (this one is safe) and this one is by far my favourite and I also use it as a warm up before running. All in all, a great workout.

So about a year ago I did this video a few times per week. Then, I went to the gym and started doing weights with 90+ pounds on the abs. I recently came back to this video and it sure is an incredible abdominal workout!! My abs are burning!!

Definitely my favorite abs routine! I used to think yoga was too soft for me 😂 while I was practicing martial arts and crossfit I was so presomptuous haha! This one kills my abs in only 10 minutes it's just crazy!

I kinda suck at motivation, between self doubts, and being bad commitment. but her being so damn relaxed, and calming, while also talking about being in pain and it being tiring is what reminds me that it is working. It was refreshing to see you get tired and hear you saying "as long as your face is doing the pose with you, its ok not touch your feet". I find it bad for self image and demotivational when the instructor on other videos does a pose without breaking a sweat and you are struggling to do half of it seeing your video... It felt like someone like you (fit body) is having a hard time... so I will be very hard for me, but its ok not to be perfect :D Will be doing it daily and I will let you know the result.

MJ thank you. You must be tired due to lack of sleep, but you did very well. I find this video extremely a reality, all-natural, and yes, funny... when we push ourselves to exercise because we really need it, no matter what. I am on day 1 on this, but i find the exercises just right! Thank you!

This is a very nice yoga workout vid. The instructor is funny, the poses are easy but the pace is engaging. I loved it it made me laugh and sweat. I'm definitely doing this one again.

Starting this one today. I don't have much time, because most of the time, I'm either at work or with my revisions. Along with my physical exercises and diet, hopefully I will see the difference soon :D

Found this 8 years after it was posted at 11 pm and I've gotten a bit overweight, definitely adding this to my nighttime routine, didn't feel horrible but definitely could feel it working. I already do stretches, how could this hurt?

Just did this for the past two nights!! 😊 definitely feel the burn the next morning. But I feel so good when I wake up now. I get so excited to do yoga in the mornings before work! I’ve done yoga in the past through a class but since the pandemic hit I wasn’t able to. So glad I found you!! You are so funny and kind. This video is amazing. I did it w the intention to tone up my belly and I’ve only been doing it for 6 days once every morning and I am much more toned already and have lost 4 pounds. For ref I started at 103lbs so it’s surprising that I was able to lose any weight.

I have been looking for a real get to the point kinda yoga instructor. I really like yoga.... makes me feel great. I have gotten away from it but am not back on it. Looking forward to following you and getting into some of these poses. :) thanks

Wow MJ, what a workout! I have a morning routine of breathing yoga, cardio and then toning. Today I decided to add a weight loss yoga , thinking it would be gentle to finish off. Oh boy was I wrong, I actually felt more and sweated more with your routine - I'm coming back tomorrow cos my monkey mind just gawked at a few of your poses- your awesome.
