Several weeks ago I was touring the recent uploads of WTNV and I was putting together a whole paragraph saying how I missed the old Night Vale and how I couldn't feel that old Lovecraftian menace anymore in the recent episodes. It was mostly me complaining veiled as advice, not very tasteful. And then this episode launched. And I take everything I didn't say back. This was a perfect episode, and the fear I had that Night Vale had lost sight of what it originally was was completely unfounded. The work done by this team is phenomenal and never ceases to amaze me or my friends. Every time someone wants a podcast recommended Night Vale is the first suggestion, without pause, and I hope this wonderful weird town will continue to broadcast for a long, long time. Thank you all.
