I actually LOVE this workout SO much!!! I'm so used to going hard core in the gym and picking up as many weights as possible, so it's amazing to just bring it back to basics, use your own body weight and do it where ever you are in the world!!!! Aka, my apartment balcony haha thanks so much for this workout Sezzy, I can't wait to feel the burnnnnnnn 🔥👊🏻❤️

17:15 I would love for you to do a 15 minute fat burner for inner thighs! This is actually the first 15 minute fat burner I have ever done! I recently decided to make a lifestyle change and begin to start eating better and just over all become healthier! I’ve always been an athlete and have always had a pretty fast metabolism, but ever since i started college and just got older, Ive been fluxing between being super active for a couple months (i’m a dancer and power tumbler, so whenever I do shows i’m more active) and living completely sedentary and not really doing much exercise besides walking across campus. I also eat like 98% junk food, and lucky for me my metabolism has been great to me thus far, but i know that it isn’t a sustainable way to live long term! Ive also struggled with body dysmorphia since i was 7 years old, since i was competitive cheerleader and they’re very specific about body types and being as athletic as possible, and i realized over time that whenever I work out it helps a lot with my depression and BDD. So long story short, I’ve just realized that A. i want to get healthier but B. i finally want to be 100% happy with my body. and (i’ve legit been ranting for so long omg I’m finally getting to the point about why i want the inner thigh workout) i would really appreciate an inner thigh workout, because that’s one of the 3 target areas I want to focus and tone (toning and slimming my midsection and lifting my butt are the other 2)!! Lol this is the longest comment i’ve ever made (i don’t usually comment on anything) but I felt really inspired to write this post, obvi because i’ve been writing for so long lol! But thank you so much for what you are doing here are youtube! You have been the best source of inspiration and information that I have found on the platform and just overall! Definitely an inspiration for my own health journey and my own channel! Thank you for doing what you’re doing! Love you ❤️❤️

Yes please do more pilates videos!! I so badly want to work on losing weight, but I hurt my hip so badly so it is hard for me to do a bunch of jumpy HIIT movements. I can't wait to try this workout in the morning and see if my hip can handle it!

hey Sarah. I just wanted to come on here to thank you. I'm doing so as I found your videos at the perfect time. I've been struggling with anorexia since I was 14 (I'm 20 now) and days prior to discovering your channel I was in the hospital as my potassium was dangerously low (caused by my eating disorder). the ER doctor told me that my potassium was the lowest she's ever seen and that if it ever got back to that again and I didn't get to the hospital in time my heart could potentially go into cardiac arrest. I had been trying to recover for the most part of the past 14 months but nothing would stick. I tried not weighing myself, eating small meals more frequently, bringing joy back into my life, exercising and a shit tone of medications but as I said nothing worked. when I found your channel I felt as though you were the epitome of what I wanted to be. you showed me that even in darkest times there are things to be grateful for and that positivity won't necessarily bring an abundance of joy into my life but that if I choose to be optimistic in result the way I deal with tough things will be more optimistic. I know that probably makes no sense whatsoever but as I'm stilll in recovery my mind is quite foggy. none the less I hope you understood what I was trying to say. by giving me that you have helped me with not only my eating disorder but also with my depression. when I was 17 I attempted to end my life. I know thats kind of TMI but I'm not ashamed of it so I thought mentioning it wouldn't really matter. I thought I would never be happy again and that everyone I cared about would be better off with me gone. since then I have thought about doing so again but haven't as my puppy and mom have shown me they do care about me and that I couldn't put them through that so I said to myself "I will stick it out for them and if my life doesn't get better by the time they're both gone I will end it then". since I begun looking at the world more positively (thanks to you..I mean I guess I didn't need to re iterate that but whatever) I have actually become more hopeful and less blue. I'm not 100% better but I'm well on my way. back to my anorexia; 1 year ago (or around the one year mark) I was immobilized both mentally and physically. my days would consist of me lying down on the couch feeling numb, sore (as I was so bony that even on top of several pillows it pained me to sit/lie down) and looking at anything (including just walking to the washroom) as hard as most people would look toward climbing Mount Everest as. I know that sounds dramatic but thats just how I felt. your fitness videos (though most restrictive eating disorder recovery victims are told not to work out when you're in the midst of recovery as you may be prone to relapsing) and anything in which you promote "listening to your body" or treating your body like a temple has helped me learn to love my body again. well actually not again as I have never looked towards my body as a piece of me I loved (until now lol). now instead of idolizing "thinspo" people I look towards healthy people as what I would like to look like/be. I know looking towards anyone in that kind of way can be dangerous but for me it has actually helped. I favour muscle over bone now. in January of last year I was 60 pounds which for someone that is 5'1 is way too little. NOW I'm 90 pounds and able to live again. I workout regularly, am able to take my puppy on multiple walks a day, am able to go to a mall and actually walk around for hours shopping (which is most girls ideal weekend and I haven't done so in probably 4 years for multiple reasons that I won't ge into as this comment is getting far too long - sorry about that) and I'm just able to feel better. I feel healthy. obviously, you're not the only thing that has helped me on my joinery to recovery but you definitely played a part in that and I honestly cannot thank you enough, Sarah. I'm going to go now as I'm sure you won't read this so theres really no point getting into more detail about it. if by odd chance you do stumble upon little me's comment I want to thank you and I hope you have a lovely day and an even better life as you truly deserve it. I will forever support your channel. love you (even though I don't really know you but you get what I mean haha). bye.

Sarah! First of all, I love you, second of all, I would LOVE more pilates routines!! I'm currently dealing with an hamstring/knee situation that is making me cared to weight train, so I would love some alternative workouts to do to stay in shape! I know, you guys are taking it slow at the moment, and you totally should, but I just wanted to let you know, that whenever I am having a down day or quarantine is getting to me I go back to your workouts, and especially this one just in your old living room are soo relaxing for me. I’m in love with this workout! This is perfect for when I’m in a time crunch and can’t get to the gym. There are of course other workouts to do at home but this one doesn’t include bouncing around and jumping so I don’t have to worry about disturbing my neighbors with noise. I haven’t seen some of these moves before, I’m very excited to try this out!

I just finished this workout and I am literally dripping in sweat but I love it! I'll try to do this every other morning. The hardest parts for me were the planks and the side planks because my arms are so weak. Hopefully as I continue I'll actually be able to do them properly without falling all over the place.

Just did the workout this morning with my 2 yr old daughter. She loves to get “setty” with me (sweaty) while we exercise together. And your moves are fun enough that she wants to join in! OMG I tried this workout yesterday and I have woken up so sore. I've started a journey to cure my fatty liver naturally and other than the treadmill this is the first actual workout I've done. My back muscles, obliques and ab muscles are all hurting, but I love it. Keep doing more. 👏👏

this is the third time i have done this video as a workout. i love it but i still cant do those side dips or alternate planks hehe. i have just had a week off from doing ebook number one and needed something to help me get back into the swing. Sarah you have given me so my more diversity in my work out, I can never get board my fitness has increased and it just keeps me motivated knowing the each work out is never the same and I can mix them around between what I feel, your so realistic about everything, my life has changed since introducing a lot of the food products in my life from seeing use them, being able to enjoy chocolate, Please keep doing what you doing you make people so great! I was so excited when I woke up this morning (I live in Brazil) and saw your instastories about the follow-along workout!!! I'm recovering from a stiff neck situation that got me stuck in one of those collars for a week and my orthopedist said I could only do low intensity, pilates or yoga workouts for another week before getting back to the gym. OH. MY. GOD. Thank god I took preworkout before this cuz it kicked my butt!!! Please do more pilates workouts like this!!! I love being able to do it at home, sweat, burn, etc. especially while I have an injury. I watched this vid a couple days ago, needed a workout today and my gym was closed :( and this was PERFECT!

I’m restarting my fitness journey from scratch and this was perfect! Not too hard so it’s discouraging, but also I’m sweating at the end.

LOVE LOVE this exercise, I just bought the sweat it to shred it e-book and I use this for rest days, cos' rest days bore me and I really want to be doing something! I love this for the day after the sweaty shredder when my muscles are killing me and my legs are dead, cos' it really, really helps to stretch them out and the next day's exercise is so much easier and better then, lovin it!!
