I need to share this here So I have PCOS which makes losing weight way lot harder but her videos have helped me so much i have been doing pilates for almost 6-7 months now(i lost track) and have lost 3 kgs(6.6lbs) I didn't count calories but i ate less (mostly because i lost appetite due to the meds) i didn't stop eating noodles (i had it once a week always) so it's a huge achievement for me Thank you so much Madeleine 💜💜

I just did it and I’m SO happy that I was able to do an intermediate version properly!! It means I’m not a beginner anymore 😌 ILY Madeleine 💗 you make my days so much better 💗

I have found you when i was in a bad place with exercising and tried your 1 month program, it changed my perspective in exercising, i was craving everyday for a new ep. Rn i decided to go back here cuz i had a break for some time cuz of my mental health and i feel so good after this one, i feel so amazing again , please continue to do this cuz what you’re doing is amazing ୨୧ love you 🎀🌸😚💗

This felt challenging and satisfying at the same time. I was following some calisthenics videos that had almost the same moves as the ones in these pilates videos yet it felt so hammering, high intensity, fast paced with war like music I just hated the entire time. But here these same moves actually feel good with this pace i love pilates

This was my first time doing one of your workouts since I wanted to branch out and do Pilates workouts from other KZbin channels and this was great!!🤩 It went by so fast but omg my abs were burning the entire time hahah I’m definitely looking forward to doing more of your videos!

been doing this for 4 days and i already feel stronger, my arms felt more toned and my waist is starting to slim down, my stomach is slowly flattening, my legs feel more toned, I've been doing this twice a day

Do you have any tips for ab exercises? Sometimes I feel them more in my thighs than my abs. I try to focus on the placement of my back but I still struggle 😅

Keep your abs tight during the ab exercises (even better if you keep them engaged throughout the whole session 🔥)
