I’m so grateful for your spirit. The movements are rejuvenating and I love that you truly teach how to be in the body and how to move it. I was doing Pilates for quite some time on KZbin and I saw results but I felt physically frustrated with the strength imbalances in my body. Thank you so much for this video! I've been unable to do pilates like I'm used to for the past few weeks due to an abdominal injury, and I've been a little afraid to jump right back into it, both because I'm not fully healed yet and because I know I'm not quite where I was before the injury (can't do quite as many core workouts right now as I used to, sadly). This was a really great way for me to get back into pilates without worrying too much about aggravating my injury! Will definitely be doing it again in the next few weeks as I work back to where I was before!
