Luv ❤️ Love ur classes im so super brand new to this level of fitness but I’m hanging in there 2-3 times a week , I’m adding Pilates in to my overall fitness of weight training & endurance… all I can say is FUCKKKKKKK!!! Lol 😂 I felt this one amazing 🤩. I just want to thank Both of u 😊
