I found this video accidentally after a yoga for anxiety practice. I was feeling extremely anxious but I decided to try it and move my body a bit. It really calmed me and help me realise maybe there is nothing wrong with my body. Thank you very much for this! ❤ I will try other videos from your channel as well :)

I came across your channel 9/3/22. I’ve been dealing with Fibromyalgia since 2009. Along with Dr. Berg’s IF/Keto, I am feeling better than I have in such a long time. Since I started your videos, I think I have missed a max of 10 days. I was in a rear ended car accident and then a fall. Your videos are amazing. I have learned so much! That's beautiful ❤️😍 I mean sad too but the journey and progress you're making is insane! Btw I've also fibromyalgia since 8 years ish and chronic pain more then half of my life. So I'm on a journey too, even putted it into YT videos here and there. Cause I think it's important to inspire others who are suffering from this that healing or at least pain and stress relief IS SO POSSIBLE 💞. Thank you so much for this. My geriatric dog is currently in the hospital following a surgery to remove cancer, and not being able to have her here is so stressful. Your weight workouts followed by this exercise is really helping to keep me occupied. Thank you again.

When i do the exercise at 5:30, when I roll foreword in the circle it hurts. It sends a shooting pain through my left side near my spine in my upper back and it also hurts behind my knees. Is that just because I’m tight somewhere? Thank you for your videos! I love them so much! I do them everyday! 😁 btw I’m a 24yo female!
