ive been doing this consistently combined with 1-2 other videos, 2 rest days a week and i'm already seeing more definition in my waistline!! remember that working out only goes so far and what really matters is what you eat, i've been increasing my protein intake and decreasing processed and fried foods

Guys, make sure to take rest breaks. There are dozens of jump cuts in this video. She may not look like she's taking break, but she is. Be kind to yourself and give yourself rest breaks if you need to 💛

Trying this for a week as a person who isn’t very active !! Remind me guys Day 1: Difficult, I started laughing cause I really felt the burn 😭 Day 2: I did it! I was sore from yesterday but I felt like it was slightly easier. But I sweat A LOT today 💀💀 Day 3: Was definitely much easier than yesterday but I definitely started sweating more. I did feel the burn afterwards, starting to see progress 🫶🏼 Day 4: I didn’t struggle too much besides on the dead bug coordination but overall I’m doing better! My waist is more defined and I’m loving this streak Day 5: I skipped, don’t be afraid to take breaks once in a while! Day 6: my body definitely adapted! I’m seeing progress and I’m definitely gaining more confidence Day 7: DONEEE! I definitely loved doing this workout day after day! Made me super motivated and if your up for a challenge you should definitely try 😵

Doing this for 1 week!! ᡣ𐭩 • ˚⋅ (Coming back each day--I'm also doing this with 30 minute walks, with gainsbybrains , bretman rocks workout, and 1 gloria song video.) Starting Weight!: Waist--69 cm ( I currently have a 2 pack and a slight 11 line ab shape!) Day 1: Not bad! I didn't feel it till I got to the middle of the video, I can feel the burn! Day 2: Felt the burn!! (I did 20 mins of cardio and went on a walk, I also did one of gloria songs workouts!) Day 3: Pretty easy! (Did gloria song and bretman rocks ab workout) Day 4: Felt a bit tired,but finished! Day 5: Felt the burn! (I walked for 30 mins) Day 6: Easy! Day 7:Finished! Ending measurement: 68.5!

i rarely ever comment on videos but i’d like to say that i’ve been doing these stretches fairly consistently ever since it was uploaded. I usually use this video as my go to because i have scoliosis in the lumbar region and oh my god, not only have i genuinely gotten more lean it does WONDERS for my back. it seriously saved me, i was even considering going back to physical therapy before I started this. so if anyone is still wondering, yes it works 100% you just have to be really consistent!!! thank you so much i wholeheartedly mean it when i say this changed my life 🩷

Doing this workout everyday! Day 1: perfect intensity! Day 2: Harder because of my period but the time went by really quickly Day 3: Couldnt do it because of really bad period pain Day 4: same as day 3 /: Day 5: went running, played basketball and did thid workout. Was a really good day. I feel like the strength I used to have is slowlyyy coming back Day 6: really easy today :)

gonna do this workout while doing a two week diet! day 1: definitely burns but in a good way. i never really liked working out but this made me more motivated✅ day 2: i skipped because i woke up late lol ❌ day 3: still burns but the pain is manageable. i did this right after i woke up and it felt amazing! update:: i did it twice and the pain is starting to subside!✅ day 4: i gave up halfway because i was so sore from work. i’m on my feet the whole time and walk over 3 miles so my legs tend to get sore as do my arms because i collect plates and dishes and such so i’d say i kinda half did. this✅ day 5:: the second one takes me for a whirl and burns so good! it’s getting easier and im noticing slight changes in my body shape!✅ day 6:: getting easier and i’m noticing major changes in my weight and body shape ✅ day 7::❌ day 8::❌ day 9::✅

Doing this for as long as school starts!! Day 1:had to do in sessions, definitely felt the burn!! Updating this with my progress: Day 1: was devastated by the 3rd exercise, had to take pauses that lasted a couple of seconds after every exercise after that💀. Muscles I didn't know I had are burning and I skipped a whole exercise because I didn't have the coordination Day 3: took a rest day while I worked out another muscle group and I'm already much better! Still difficult to point my toes (for some reason it makes my legs feel heavier), still need pauses between exercises, but I don't need to stop in the middle anymore Day 12: well girlies, what to say. I destroyed one of my knee tendons while I was doing a bridge because my arms gave out :), first day working out after the injury😭

I didn’t feel the burn for the first 2 workouts (I’m probably 99% doing them wrong) but the rest I felt the crazy burn and it was awesome! Thank you for this! Day 1: I wasn't able to do all of these. I improvised where I had to. Wasn't able to move a lot due to jet lag. I did sweat a little, and felt some burn. I hope to see some progress soon! Day 2: Did it after 2 days. Jet lag is almost gone. Felt the burn more as i was able to do more poses this time!😊

im going to try this for a week and see how well i can do!!! 1: ✅ i skipped like half the exercises and omggg im sore 😭😭 2: ✅ i skipped a few exercises 😭😭 but other then that i powered through with a lot of breaksss and feel great!! pilates are wild 3: ✅ i did the full thing today with some breaks of course but it was wayyyy easier 😭😭 4: rest day 5: ✅ some of the exercises make my neck hurt and i cant stretch my legs straight haha 😭 but i did it all and my legs are starting to feel super tone!! 6: ✅ i definitely can’t do any longer then 10 minutes yet but i do feel a lot more toner which is nice and im not sore like i was the first day but its still supper harddd 7: I forgot lol 😭 overall: It was fun and i loved being consistent and how i felt!! im gonna try a different pilates video for a while just so i dont get bored but i def recommend for strength!

Doing this workout for however i want ! I'm 70kg(dnt judge 😭) and am trying to be atleast 150 by the end of summer. Also I'm doing 10k steps a day and drinking 8 bottles of water plus im doing a leg workout. Day 1- really really hard and intense but i did it ! I def feel the burn ! Day 2- I ate a little too much yesterday and I feel upset Abt that 😭. But today it felt a TINY bit easier , I don't see progress but I haven't stepped on the scale yet ! My back hurts after every workout Day 3- I was too lazy today and didn't do it Day 4- since I didn't do it yesterday I will do it twice today . For some reason my back hurts 😭 is this normal Day 5- since I didn't do it twice yesterday, I will do it three times mostly cuz I ate way too much today and I feel terrible about it. But good news ! My mom is taking me to the store TMR so I will get yogurt, protein bars and healthy stuff to eat throughout the day since nothing in the house is healthy. I also got a new water bottle. This workout was still hard but I can't wait for the results. And I really need to to lock in cuz my birthday is coming and we are going to the water park which includes swim suits. Day 6- finished it

I'm gonna try to do this everyday, it was really easy to follow and I could definitely feel the burn! 🔥 If you aren't feeling it make sure your abs are tight and flexed! My starting waist size is 31.5in! I want to lower it back to my original waist size (25in) with toned abs, I am also 5'8 and super lean so know what's normal for your body type and height! 🙏 Remember don't start working out so you can drastically change yourself because that's not a healthy mindset! Day 1: definitely feel the burn!! Waist: 31.5 inches

Hey there! I will be doing this workout for 2-3 weeks and I will be giving updates every single day! Lots of people gave updates throughout the course of a week, but most didn't notice any changes they could see. So I'm hoping to be able to give longer-term results of this workout! Please note that I have also been figure skating for the last 5-ish years, so I will most likely have more core strength than non-athletic people, so some moves will be easier for me when I document this. DAY 1: This workout wasn't too bad, I dad have to stop for just a minute after the first couple of moves but it was smooth after that. This workout felt amazing for my body and I could definitely feel the burn in my core. DAY 2: same as day 1 DAY 3: skipped bc of really bad cramps DAY 4: All good except i skipped the last exercise bc my back was hurting. I noticed that the first 4 exercises are starting to get a bit easier. I haven't noticed and other physical changes. DAY 5: We’re going strong!!! Exercises are getting much easier and I was able to complete them all today. Still no physical changes.

Update: Fifth time doing this! I'm seeing an improvement as I'm able to do this with less breaks. Hardest part of this was the pure intensity of this in the beginning as my core was on fire! It definately still is but I'm able to manage without feeling so tired I need multiple breaks. I only took one long break about half way!

Day 1: really good! I’m trying to get my summer bod back! I thought this was a great workout and was really tough for my first time doing it. I hope I stay motivated enough to actually to a full month! Day 2: omg it was so rough today! Then again the 2nd day is always rough. I hope I see some results soon! Day 3: I felt a real burn this time which I think is a sign of improvement. I’m also starting to see some kinda sign of and hourglass shape but maybe it’s just be being delulu.

Hi so ima be doing this for hopefully 3 months and updating you guys! Also I weigh 101 pounds so I’m already skinny, I just want that figure and toned abs. Day one: ✅ It felt rlly good, obviously I don’t see a difference yet Day two: ✅it hurt since my abs we’re a lil sore already, but same thing, no difference yet

Day 1:💕 done i didn’t like at least 5 secs of each bc it was hard getting in positron but that burned thank you my neck and face started sweating but ima try to be consistent and do it , i was like “beginner friendly my but” Day 2: I couldn’t do the 5th one since I’m burning from yesterday and I’m on my period but other than that everything was good

day 1: hard but i kept on preserving day 2: a little easier than yesterday day 3: i felt my stomach was sore this morning and the workout was easier than day 1 day 4: skipped :( day 5: could feel the burn a lot in my stomach, the workout is easier and i was able to go the whole video without stopping day 6: same as yesterday, the workout felt fast today day 7: skipped day 8: tired day 9: easier than day 1 i can tell day 10: skipped day 11:skipped day 12: skipped day 13: starting again today i was unmotivated those days day 14: bored day 15: skipped day 16: stomach feels sore day 17: same as yesterday day 18 skipped day 19: i could feel the burn , i need to eat less junk and be more consistent day 20: same as yesterday day 21: didn’t want to workout but i still did day 22: i regret skipping

I'll be doing that challenge for 10 days and I'll start today , I mean I don't know if I should do the 1 month pilates plan , or this workout , but the one thing that I hate abt my body is my belly and my waist so I'll do it , with a 30 mins Walk every single day , and I'll have only a one day break Day 1 : done finally, it seems easy but it's super intense I can't move my legs , i skipped the last exercise 🤭 ( I'm not doing a diet and I'll have pasta fo lunch , and crepes with chocolate for breakfast) I love food 😭

Doing this for as long as i can as a person who isn't very active day1:very hard,everything hurts(which is a good sign),sweat a lot,i feel like i did some of the clumsily bc i can't make a right angle with my body to save a life
