Your workouts are so awesome Deepti. I found them about a month ago. Still finding all the varieties in your videos. I had been doing them here and there between my other workouts, but now I want to stick to doing at least one 30 min video daily on days when I want to do weights or yoga.

@@eneeshmalhotra1933 Yeah I lost 5 to 6 kgs in past 5 months but I not only do this.I also go for 3 to 2 km running and 5000 to 6000 steps walking.Yeah ofcourse I skip all of these some days.I don't follow any diet.Just I avoid taking sugar,sweets and junk food.

Perfect workout. I finished just now and recorded the details on the fitness app. Warm up 4 mins, Fat burning 6 mins and aerobic 5 mins..resulting in 152KCal burn( I guess, if I follow your steps/intensity as it is, it will certainly cross 200KCal). Heart rate reached 149 during workout. To top it all, the enthue of doing it..and not waiting for the video to reach its end. BTW, I follow your other workout videos too. And it does show results. Thanks a bunch Deepti, for making workout a fun.💓

This exercise is best for people like me , i am trying to adopt a healthy lifestyle from months now, but somehow could not continue for some or other reasons, now this 15 minutes HIIT is apt for times when i am running short of time but dont want to skip the routine. Loved this work out...my husband has been doing this workout with me so its double the fun 😃😃... I am getting back to working out again after months of inactivity due to a vertigo episode so this is just perfect...I am sweating by the end of it without it being too intense!!

Calories burned per Fitbit (for those that want to know): Someone who doesn’t usually exercise or is heavier may burn 200 calories like the video cover says but I only burned half (107 calories, I’m 5’6” and 135). I think I did it at the same intensity as in video and I didn’t rest either, I walked in place during the breathe breaks Thanks for the quick workout and good energy. I typically do yoga or dance or HIIT and I love that this is kind of all three :)

@@prachisrivastava7172 beginner workouts low intensity generally safe hote hain.. but HIIT is intense.. so it depends on your fitness level

Hi Deepthi, really loved this one cz it's short, energetic and easy for moms with little kids... and very refreshing. I prefer not to use music, so I mute the video and then workout and it's really helpful and I feel iv achieved something. Thanx

Perfect workout..this is the one thing I needed today 🌄..morning....short but hot...fabulous fabulous 😍 Just a small thing I missed Bollywood music..that fun feeling was bit missing.. Bollywood songs gives me that combination, i love it
