I did this last week and seriously I felt the pain in my leg, thigh part and butt and shoulder 😅 like oh my! This is so effective and can hardly walk in 3day hahaha so I took a rest and now I'm back because no pain no gain 💪😁😃 let's go guyz. We can do this together 😁

I was having such a tough year that I abandoned taking care of my body and gained weight. Now I'll be trying to give back to my body and came to Emi, as she's the most wonderful workout partner and youtuber I've ever found. Even after years, her workouts never disappoint. And even if I had trouble completing this workout and had to take a few breath breaks, I completed it and am a little step closer towards my goal. Love you Emi! ❤

So here's My one time doing this workout result I'm over weight and I did this workout and next day my legs are just dead I can't even move and my mom laughed on me so much 😂 and the sore feeling on my leg just killing me as I already told you I'm over weight so I struggled with my period 😅 it's been whole year but I didn't get my period so I decided to go to the doctor but but but!!!!! After doing this once I got it yes you read it right ✅️ I got my periods 🤪 I'm on my period while writing ✍️ this so you can imagine how hard and how amazing this workout is 😂 bye 👋

Hi Emi!! You are inspiring for a lot of us and definitely helped thousands of people to achieve their goal, but with your distinctive mindset i don't think that putting click on images on your vids is a good idea, it's harmful for people who suffers from eating disorders and it's really triggering, most influencers do that for views but you are different and your workouts are amazing, could we enjoy them without having to see these images? Let's make this channel our shelter for wellbeing, inspiration and motivation without the click-on images or the titles like get slim waist, legs etc, you understand what i mean, like it's better if it was ( 10min workout for olbliques for examples without the unnecessary triggering words, it's a suggestion for you to put in the eye of consideration 💛, hope you understand that, lots of people who come here suffers from eating disorders or at least has an unhealthy relationship with food and body image, and this might be triggering for them and instead of solving the problem and exercising for a better health and mental health, it can make it more complex.

Do this with me (i am thinking of doing this int he mornings before going to college) lets hope i really do this i am current weighing 75 kg i hope of losing 10 kg in 3 months i will do this int he morning and i will do emi's walking work out in the evening i will also do intermittent fasting and be eating in a time period of 8 am to 6pm i hope i can do this day 1- done day 2 done(76.40kg)

WARNING FOR BEGINNERS, I completed this exercise yesterday, at first I felt great like walking on the cloud (my leg turns light? when I walk)and I'm really excited to slim my leg. BUT not for long, my thigh and calf started get muscle pain, and knee got sour pain my calf is ok right now, BUT MY THIGH STILL FEEL THE PAINNNNNNNNNNN IT HURTS VERY MUCH WHENEVER I MOVE is a good exercise BUT NOT FOR BEGINNERS you might want to change the title

i did other for beginners exercise long time ago(dk which channel which video, I cant remember yes is normal to feel exhausted since our stamina is low, but that just it u will sweat, u will feel exhausted, tired, BUT u shouldn't get any pain. If you feel any pain afterward which means THAT'S NOT A BEGINNER EXERCISE yes I'm frustrated I did the exercise around 5pm yesterday, now is 1:21pm over 20 hours already the muscle pain still there ishhh
