yeah the Hgu-56/p is what it's called its a ballistic helmet with a face shield. it also has your coms for communication to the pilots the 15 tango role is awesome fun.

You can try to find airsoft replicas of these helmets. I have a sweet setup, 800+ dollars to build out. But a real gentex 56p is well over 3000 dollars

Crew cheifs must pass a flight physical, and fly as part of the crew and are in a flight company.
