just got some for Christmas. I am 6'1 and have them on the low setting pretty much exclusively and you can do a lot in that configuration. If I raise them to the top, I could do P bar swings without my feet hitting but it's a little unstable.

If you want to use the KZbin feature with the timestamps in the video timeline, you just have to add the timestamps with a title in the description like so: 0:00 Dips 0:10 Rows etc. I think that would help!!

EDIT 2: AWW YES available in europe but through custom shipping. nice customer service to begin with

Yes they are bro! Try sending them an email they will give you some instruction for the purchase 😉 anyway i think for normal exercise of pushing they are stable, even for a planche! But dynamic pushing and explosive pull up on l-sit position like muscle up as Simonster do its too much! During the muscle up you can see the bar moving a lot. But i doubt (without offense) that with your 115 kg you will try those moves. The fuck are you a giant ? Lol 😉
@YuriNoirProductions4 жыл бұрын
@@RK-pf5el haha thanks for the info man! and yes i actually do muscle ups and dips n stuff. I'm actually not that big but got pretty heavy from weightlifting (natural) gained a bit off fat on top of that due to an injury and you hit that mark fast...definitly some unneaded weight to be lost. but my strength is still intact and i was able to do most of these exercises when i was younger...so some muscle memory is helping. slow movements are actually enough for me right now...even without explosive stuff there are so many exercises to be done...and doing a slow muscle up is a challenge by itself :D Thanks for your help man! gonna try it
