just got some for Christmas. I am 6'1 and have them on the low setting pretty much exclusively and you can do a lot in that configuration. If I raise them to the top, I could do P bar swings without my feet hitting but it's a little unstable.

@@errenyaegger4848 I am 46 years old so it takes my body longer to adapt which means my progress is slower. It took me 1 year to get to be able to do 3 muscle ups in a row. I don’t train as hard as I used to it’s more just for over all fitness and some basic hand stand work to keep my lean and agile for my age without going to a gym. If you want to use the KZbin feature with the timestamps in the video timeline, you just have to add the timestamps with a title in the description like so: 0:00 Dips 0:10 Rows etc. I think that would help!!

Yes with the basebar you'll be able to do rows, pullups, straight bar dips, and front lever. With the b bars you can do any normal parallel bar exercises as well as having a neutral grip.

anyone tested these unpaid? i'm 115kg after bulk and would love to integrate these into my routines as bodyweight tends to work well with getting leaner. i fear though that they might be a bit flimsy for my weight. if stable these could be pretty ideal for adding some sessions during homeoffie EDIT: Aww shit...not available in europe... Yes they are bro! Try sending them an email they will give you some instruction for the purchase 😉 anyway i think for normal exercise of pushing they are stable, even for a planche! But dynamic pushing and explosive pull up on l-sit position like muscle up as Simonster do its too much! During the muscle up you can see the bar moving a lot. But i doubt (without offense) that with your 115 kg you will try those moves. The fuck are you a giant ? Lol 😉

@@RK-pf5el haha thanks for the info man! and yes i actually do muscle ups and dips n stuff. I'm actually not that big but got pretty heavy from weightlifting (natural) gained a bit off fat on top of that due to an injury and you hit that mark fast...definitly some unneaded weight to be lost. but my strength is still intact and i was able to do most of these exercises when i was younger...so some muscle memory is helping. slow movements are actually enough for me right now...even without explosive stuff there are so many exercises to be done...and doing a slow muscle up is a challenge by itself :D Thanks for your help man! gonna try it
