same, how do you train it? im currently doing max hold adv tuck, rows on tuck, tuck raises, pullups and knee raises, 4 sets each. idk if im maxing out on efficiency

Good Stuff Simon! People If you are stuck on the straddle or 45° straddle I highly recommend the FL half lay which can be done both in a straddle or full position as well as with or without a band.

For the people whose workout in home and don’t have enough space to train straddle, try this. Tuck frontlever-> adv.tuck frontlever -> one leg tuck frontlever -> one leg adv.tuck frontlever-> half lay frontlever -> one leg full and one leg half lay and finally full front lever
