We are working on #funkypincha this month on Move with Adell but … this deeper hollowback pincha - where you grab your foot with you hands (basically an inverted dancer pose) - is something to play with while you’re working your #forearmstand ! These two drills are favourites for building the necessary mobility! And HELL YEAH they translate well to everyday life! #pincha #shouldermobility #thoracicmobility #hipmobility #hamstringstrength
