as an old man of almost 60, with a burgeoning handstand and a banana back one at that, this is very very interesting to me. I Love the cat cow breakdown and the macro movement concept, and being mindful of each area, each joint. Also, Ive been wanting to try hanging for strength and shoulder opening but have no structure at home or at the studio I go to, so the movements you showed are really ideal for me to add to my daily h s workout or before classes at the studio when I have time to stretch and love to show off lol whatever new stretch etc I have learned. So thank you for this content Adell!

Love this! Really helpful too. I was doing the exercises, I know from those I’m not wrong that my shoulder won’t support a handstand atm. Will def keep doing these exercises to help strengthen my shoulder & myself for when I can do handstands. Thank you Adell🤗

@@eammaspencer you’re so welcome! And I wish I’d said in the video that a banana back isn’t necessarily wrong or harmful. I just wanted to use handstands as an example to talk about neural chunking 🤓 Keep it up! Handstands at the wall and pushing strong through the shoulders in downward dog variations really help build the strength
