What company did you buy the cylinder/piston combination? Thanks.

I have always keep my piston ring gaps offset from each other on whatever I am building to prevent blow by. However I have been told by a few people that the rings will naturally rotate during operation on the piston and are never in the same place and that it doesnt matter what orientation you put the gaps while installing. Have you heard this debate before?
