Physical se 2 din pahle running chod dena bhai, body achche se recover ho jayegi, Stretching kr lena surya namaskar try kar lena 5 subah 5 shaam. Or physical wali jagah ek din pahle to pahunch hi jana take safar ki thakaan na rahe or rest kr sako night me. 7 min time aa rhi h to sir ka routine follow karo ho jayega aaram se. CPO Me 6:30 me 1600 meter krna hota h na ki 6 minute me. Diet ek baar check kr lo last days me konsi sahi rhegi.
