3 year back apka workout se aj mai para SF mai hu sir thank you ap workout logical batate ho maine bharti mai 50 metre ki lead Mari thi jisne 100% de diya unko kabhi running ki tention nhi hogi 🇮🇳

sir ji me bahut time se running karta 1km daily tha par mera army ka result aane ke bad mene 2 time running ki morning me 3 km or sham ko 1km 5,6 din mujhe pehle hlka pen tha to me running karta gya 5,6 din par ab running nahi Kar pa rha mera physical he 11 july

Sir sports me CISF me sports cota bharti aaye the main bhi from apply kiya tha sir mere pass 3000mtr. Ka sports c .hai but jab main from apply krne gya to pta chala ki esmi 3000mtr. Running ka nhi h to main sir fir 1500mtr. Se apply kiya tha or mera documents vreyfiction ki date 14 ko h to sir esmi koi problem to nhi hogi na
