I am glad that one judge turned for Blessing. It just shows you that you need one person to believe in you and give you a chance. And at 17 years old, Blessing sings beautifully. I'm not sure why Tom Jones is still on the panel of judges? I never see him turn. Maybe it is time to retire. Maybe his bar is so high that he just doesn't think people are up to his measure. An audition is listening for potentential and going on to bring out the very best of a contestant. And that is what Blessing's coach did. He didn't try to outshine her when they sang together. The songs a coach picks can be the wrong song choices. I have seen that all to often. Blessing and her coach sang like a team and it sounded complimentary and beautiful. Congratulations 🎉🎉

Love the vulnerability in her tone. Its got freshness & i think beautiful Blessing has the ability with vocal coaching to be a great, someone like @cherylPorter is really hitting it with her students going through lots of techniques, vocal strengthening & story telling variation. There are other greats on KZbin here & stateside. But coaches open your mind to learn to sing tones & techniques you didn't know how to sign. Its the reasonance between great & magical. So worth it
