I agree that the headlight looks great on the Adventure. I'm not really a fan of the AMT tho. Why would you want that ???

In term of design, I think we are going back to the original KTM 990 that I love. However, I'd like to see KTM more aggressive deco kits and hope the 25 SAR doesn't come with blue color like the previous models.

@@Toxicdemon2I have had 5 DCT bikes and one Yamaha YCCS, no clutch lever. Once you get used to it, you can’t beat it. I don’t care how smooth and fast you are with a ltutch lever, computer is faster and smoother which gives you more time to focus on the bike and terrain. It’s pretty incredible.

@@Toxicdemon2I know exactly how you feel. Two of my DCT bikes have limited electronics. My 2010 Honda VFR 1200F only has DCT, and ABS, doesn’t even have traction control and at 170bhp, it’s all motor and chassis. Great for a couple of hours riding, but that’s about it. My 2017 VFR 1200X, has only DCT, traction control, and ABS, but has the tuned down version of the big V4 my F has and only 127bho. It’s more refined but still very little electronics. My 2018 Honda Goldwing DCT, non tour has all the above mention, plus heated grips, elect windscreen, infotainment system, and reverse gear and cruise control. It’s pretty much the base model but that’s a bike I can ride 1,000 miles a day on. I’m hoping this KTM 1390 Adventure Sport S Evo AMT checks all the boxes. Power, handling, and comfort.

Don't know why they couldn't have an electronic clutch lever. Sometimes I like to feather the clutch or just coast by pulling in the clutch. Not to keen on a touchscreen either since you have to take your hand off the controls and look down. I would have preferred voice commands via my cardo to do stuff. Otherwise it seems pretty good, but I heard it isn't coming to the U.S. so I won't be able to buy one.

No idea why they would make this only AMT. If it were manual, I'd be frothing. Respect people that need / like it, but no thanks. I own a 24' SAS and will continue to enjoy that gearbox for a few years.

My 22 has cornering lights!!! (and their good)....hate the portrait screen, how or where are people going to attach their Garmins etc?.... Love the Gen3 screen as it is, one of the best there is on the market, why change what isn't broken??....wont be buying it, will stick with mine, plenty of useable power as it stands.

unfortunately this is still quite an ugly bike, waaaaaay too many angles and straight lines all over the thing, this bike was not designed by any artist that's for sure.
