Hi EZ Dan Here. Good Job! I built a similar engine once. Ran the W-100 and a 40 horse carb but mine was a 1585cc Got 32mpg on a road trip. Way better than a stock engine. Not as slow on hills as it was stock. Mine iced up a bit too! I see why you went with a stock cam. with single ports and more bore than stock it's going to make it's torque nice and low. Good Show!

Changing a shock absorber is very basic even for a beginner with minimum tools. However many people are interested in the coil over feature. It does provide adjustable lift and the shock does it's job 5 years later. Sorry you did not pick up on that. It was less on how and more on function.

@TheEZGZ

Most single center mount carbs don't like the advance curve of the 009. I'm not sure why everything is working so well with this combination???? I guess I will keep fiddling until I find out why. You know how I always need to change things.

love your videos been watching for over a year. Got a question Ive got a show quality bradley gt single port with a generator how can I keep the power up when driving at night?
@TheEZGZ
@TheEZGZ 3 жыл бұрын
Well those generators put out about 30 amps and worked for a stock sedan for years. Maybe your generator brushes are worn down or not enough spring tension or bad ground connections or you have high output lights or voltage regulator is bad or battery is old or , or, or, or, or. $100 will get you new Chinese alternator that puts out 50 amps. and if it's chrome it adds 5HP. All the parts stores, O'Rhiles, auto zone, wall mart...... will test your generator output for free if they even know the difference??????
