this really brings back memories thank you for posting but you are missing a rare and weird one that makers of Trolls (the toys not movie) and TMNT had made; they were called Turtle Trolls and the add had Shredder breaking the law with the Foot when all the sudden he sees that classic tall trolsl hair and he is like "these aren't the turtles these are trolls" then a Foot soldiers points out they are green and have their classic TMNT weapons "No Master it is the turtles" then it pans to the Turtle Trolls and Shredder screams in terror "NO they are Turtle Trolls!!" leading Leonardo "That's right Shredder now we got Turtle Troll power to take you down"

I had all of the toys when I was a kid. I loved the sewer set and technodrome.
@PopCultureCast7 жыл бұрын
+Anti-SocialAge I never did have the technodrome. The best one I had was the blimp!
@anti-socialage73947 жыл бұрын
This is kind of a corny story but I accidently shot my cat with the pizza thrower and two days latter it clawed a hole in my blimp. lol I wish I still had all that stuff, sold it in a yard sale when I was 15. :(
@PopCultureCast7 жыл бұрын
+Anti-SocialAge corny story? More like an awesome story. I don't blame the cat though! I traded all of my stuff to a comic book store in the early 90s for all of the variants of Robin #1. And I didn't even like Robin at the time.
@anti-socialage73947 жыл бұрын
The cat did get his revenge :D I think I patched it with duct tape or something and it still held air. It was great being a kid in the 80's 90's. I liked comics as well. I remember when Spawn first came out and I collected the first 50 or so issues.
@PopCultureCast7 жыл бұрын
+Anti-SocialAge yep. I was a big comics fan back then too. I still am to am extent but not as much as I was back then. I only had the first issue of Spawn.

I wish a toy company would make an action figure of splinter that looks like the original 1987 cartoon splinter. it would be about 5 inches tall and be the same color as the 1987 cartoon splinter and have actual fur and his kimono would be removable so other clothes could be put on him. and this may seem like a weird question, but if you could sniff splinter, what do you think he would smell like?
@PopCultureCast7 жыл бұрын
+sheepwolf2004 please God no. No sniffable characters that love in the sewer. That's what he would smell like. The rest I agree with though. I always wondered why the original line had such a garbage splinter. And you can add Shredder into that too.

That's such a common misconception. The first TMNT NES game is actually a really good game; you just need a guide and practice. After a few weeks of gameplay, you will beat the game within an hour and appreciate how much depth and re-playability it has. The Beat-'em-up games will seem so basic and repetitive by comparison.
