Val I feel the combination of workout and no liquid in your system plus lack of sleep may not be healthy for you. I’m not a nutritionist but a physical therapist but I’m glad you did mention you would stop if it affects your health - stay strong💕

After not eating for 4 days and not sleeping properly at night you are still exercising, smiling and talking coherently with your sense of humor still intact - Amazing!! How inspiring! You go girl!

I’m getting concerned. Please research Megan Ramos and Jason Fung about a fast lasting this long as far as safety and loss of muscle mass. I hope you are not offended because I’m coming from an authentic and concerned place! You’re not obese so after 7 days your body losses muscle mass. ❤️

The food advertised on TV and fast food conveniences that we are bombarded with is so unhealthy. It takes discipline and will to avoid these choices. Glad to hear you are doing so well while fasting.

Val u look great at end of day, skin more illuminated, hair looking good, overall facial good, cleansing reset is doing well for u in sm areas, so sorry about lack of sleep, find ways to take naps in between chores activities TV programs business mtgs whatever. U can make 18 days but if u don't it won't b the end of world, what u hv done will hv helped ur reset ur cleansing, I am still on my only water drinking situation, 4th day as well, for health purposes. My problems were drinking so many sodas in a given day, health wise needed to stop, so I decided the water only journey and to stay on it for a while. It is difficult but I am doing it water for or w/breakfast & water for or w/dinner.

I saw a few videos on KZbin stating to put a little salt in the water when drinking; also drink some water with electrolytes.

Val you are hilarious! I so agree with you on the choices we make in spite of the imagery that surrounds us and keeps us foodies on the fence.

Listen to you my dear Val on this fast is good, but you can't put yourself too do a normal workout you will do some harm to yourself and muscles you should slow down on your workouts go lighter and try juicing some celery sticks and your water the black cohosh will help you sleep while relaxing your body, that lack of sleep isn't my friend 😊 stay safe

You are sooo 😂 but I can only imagine what it’s like to see someone eat when you are fasting and you can literally count the number of chews. You have will power and I get it. You are on a mission. You and Ron not a 10 but an 18!! 💯Wishing you good health on your weight loss journey. 💪🏾🙏🏽

It gets easier. Im on day 8, just gotta stay busy to keep your mind from going all over the place and the sleep gets better too but now that you’re in ketosis you dont need that much sleep the body is just more energized so if you only get 5 hours of sleep just accept it and start the day (and then hope u can sleep better the next night)

Wow! Good job. I've done a 3 day fast only water, its been a bit. Are you only drinking water? Just curious if so please be careful. God bless🙏

You have an amazing self discipline--4 days. You are also very strong. Your not sleeping is a good indication that ur not exhausted. The supplements ur taking working well for you. Thinking of trying a one day water fast. Want to prepare myself for it. Any suggestions.

Start with intermittent fasting, 8 hours, 12 hours, 16 hours with just water and teas and take it from there.

Ok...I'm gonna nag at you again 🤨 if your body starts changing the way you are functioning it's telling you something. Going too long so quickly without food can't be good for you. That being said...please be safe with your goals.❤❤

Yeah I fast all the time sometime we fast the intercess I'm intercessing we fast like 3 days we have fast like at midnight until 1:00 it is a 3:00 now we have went on a 40-day fast and we cut out pork and beef and sugar and drinks and stuff like that and we have went on a fast with just vegetables and no meat but we have water and juice but we never went on an on a fast with just water so I'm looking into your eyes Val and I see that you you're not getting any rest you're not getting any sleep in your body isn't just going into Shaw when you're when you fast and your body is not used to you fasting like that it goes into shop and your eyes are weak and I'm kind of concerned about you I know a lot of good a little bit about fasting and I just want you to be careful and be strong and anytime you think that you can't do it just stop it because your body will tell you about what's going on and like I said I pass all the time I just got off of fast how fast from Tuesday night until Friday and I'm passing for American signs and wonders and I'm going to put you on a prayer list and be blessed and I'm praying for you that you get through it but anytime you think you can you stop and this is Vivian and I live in Atlanta Georgia 🏘️👍💯💯💕💕
