Your videos are great and very creative , Thank you What will be a good weight for most exercises at this video ? I lift weights 5 days a week so i want to add 1 day of KB / functional training to improve agility / cardio / speed , the ones you are using here are 12 kg?

Great exercises! What weight is recommended for a beginner weighing about 145lbs, mid 40's and not so strong. 8-12kg (16-25lbs) range?

fab vid! the roll to stand is the one move i cannot conquer in the way you are doing it. i can only do it by crossing my legs when standing up, i guess it makes sense since i am not a deep squater , this vertical hips to quads you do here is unreal. im gonna work to get there thanks for the challenge!

The clean is definitely more than just grips but about using those glutes to power the movement. Technique is key and even working with a trainer in person for that can be helpful.

A question about the kettlebell swing. Should the move be in 4 parts, eg, the raising part swinging the bell then snapping the torso, and similar on the down swing?
