I just noticed: the 4 elements are pretty much all states of matter: solid, liquid, gas and energy. (The fire is a reaction of oxygen with fuel which can be a lot of different kinds of molecules or elements. Energy makes everything possible, from light to movement. Fire is heat, heat is energy. Energy isn’t exactly a state of matter, plasma is. But fire isn’t purely plasma. But we still don’t know everything about atla, so maybe the name fire bending was just a mistake. Since toothless of httyd fires oxygen plasma.) *and there is kinda a 5th State of matter. It is called hyperfluid or something like that. Some materials cant be solid, helium was 1 of them or the only one or so.*

I feel like a lot of these abilities were repeats of other ones already covered. Like the tornado, air ball, and flight was mentioned a bunch of times. They were all just very slightly different. Like oh they flew but this time instead of a cloud it was a glider but instead of that then it’s a wind suit and besides that it could be because he was weightless. I wish they were more different from each other and not just the same ability just done a different way.

@@amitavrashmi17 Yes, one of the tenets of airbending is that if an acolyte creates a new technique that is recognized, it's a way to gain your mastery. But.... I don't think that anyone but Meelow is WILLING to fart bend. I mean, for one, it's actually quite risky. You sphincter and colon are delicate organs, and farts just don't have much air to them. So, Meelow has a couple options. Hold in his farts through sheer willpower and bending in order to store enough for a huge impact... or ADD air to his gut, risking internal damage. Unless he uses his farts as a "starter" burst for a full air blast, actual fart bending is too unreliable and dangerous for Tenzin to acknowledge it, I'd say.

Also (as the other guy pointed out) zuko's sword and I think I remember someone bending earth with a hammer against zuko when he was disguised and didn't bend fire. Can't remember other places, but the armies did use bending to help the transportation, fire benders with hot air baloons, sand nomads with sand bending, aang has used his air bending on ships and also water bending... Edit: later in korra, lighting bending generated electricity for whole cities also

here’s something I would’ve loved to see: sound bending. Think about it, sound is just super fast wind vibrations. If an air bender was to use air manipulation, and vibrate the air around them, couldn’t they technically make they’re own sound waves and “bend sound”
