We have the Endurant XD Pro 18 speed with 605 Cummins in our 24 389 Pete. Super impressed with it!! Very secure in our manhood. Pulling 140,000lb of grain loaded super b trailers out of soft fields, as well as highway. 100°F down to -45°. “Urge to move” is awesome. Transmission is easier on the clutch and drivelines as well. Weighs about 200 lbs less as well. Win,win.

I drove one for 2 1/2 years and I’m back in a 13 speed and I’ll take the manual over auto shift any day. I’ve been driving 25 years come February. I’m not saying I wouldn’t drive an auto again and wouldn’t turn down a nice 18 speed auto shift like my boss drives but prefer manual currently.

Always loved and owned a long nose Peterbilt. Drove an 18 speed till my knee gave out. Now I prefer an AMT. If I bought one of these it would have to have the 72in sleeper.

The automatics may cost more up front but I think they save money in the long run because inexperienced driver's tear up a lot of equipment because they don't know how to properly shift trucks with manual transmissions.

It’s all good you know it’s actually probably more efficient but it’s just kinda weird but pack car makes the same vehicle the Peterbilt and Kenworth they come from the same manufacturer, but just thinking out loud.

I just love the Peterbilt. You know it has that look non-typical old-school but beautiful you know shoebox style. It’s just it’s just cool to see them go mainstream and they all look the same like the hey bro dynamic trucks they all look the same but as the company owner yes I would love to save all that fuel. It comes up to be like 100 to a4 million dollars a year and fuel savings depending on how large your fleet is makes perfect sense, just people are stubborn you know, but I get it

Hey! I use a brand new 579 Pacaar POS. Yo... this piece of shit is the jerkiest rough driving trans fault code popping trk I have ever used. 40 yrs into it. If Pacaar wants to know how an automated trk should drive.... go ask Mack. Had a Mack Anthem, put 380k on it before first ck eng lt came on, and the automated M12 kicked azz when put in manual of course, because aint no computer gonna know how to drive better than an old school truck driver, c'mon. Aint many of US left though....😢
