This workout strengthens and sculpts the entire upper body, including the arms, back, shoulders, and core. In 40-second intervals, you will work through circuits using bodyweight, dumbbells, and/or kettlebells, as well as optional mini bands.

Great format! Love! Thought the last circuit would be dolphin/down dog press (body weight), shoulder presses or cheerleader raises (weights) and banded pull downs. But love arm only days. I need these!
