This workout strengthens and sculpts the entire upper body, including the arms, back, shoulders, and core. In 40-second intervals, you will work through circuits using bodyweight, dumbbells, and/or kettlebells, as well as optional mini bands.

I am loving this whole week! This felt fresh and like I worked every upper muscle and challenged my brain with the new compounds. Thank you Amy, I am loving watching you challenge yourself with the heavier weights also!

Great format and different ways to do exercises! Amy I was a little confused on the tricep part of the side plank. I’d love to see this move again in another class with a little more explanation. Thank you for a great class!

Great format! Love! Thought the last circuit would be dolphin/down dog press (body weight), shoulder presses or cheerleader raises (weights) and banded pull downs. But love arm only days. I need these!
