Harmonica is what you’re thinking about. Most of it is the guitar. Alice Cooper is a very deep Rabbit Hole!! I’m glad you’re expanding your musical horizons!! Alice still performing in his 70’s!! I went to see Him in concert two years ago!! I’ve seen him like 8 times first time was in 1979!!

On the beginning this instrument was harmonica, later it was a electric guitar. This song is on album called Love it to death which finished 50 years old at 9th March. In those days hard rock and metal music was born and on classic rock you can hear many blues, jazz, folk and psychodelic stuff.

All the "what is thats?": Yeah, the first two were harmonica as everyone's already said, the solo in the middle was indeed an electric guitar, and the final chord at the end was an organ (probably a Hammond organ).
