I learn so much from your actual videos.... about HK... which I felt like I should know, cos it's supposed to be my ancestral hometown, but then.. I really don't get it all.... It's like.... Now I get why... these kind of projects are so hard and so tough to run actually. And they must hold the rental prices and costings......Gosh....
LOL...... Why ?.... HK is a very scary place, either way. If you are nice, then some people will say that you're too snobbish. If you are not nice, and not "grounded", then they say that your customer services' skills is too unprofessional. This kind of two way criticisms either way... This is just too much for anybody to bear.

What is the copyright issue all about ? Restricting any tourist from filming Tsim Sha Tsui ? No wonder. Hong Kong is under a Police State government.
@@someernie6179 : "Window shopping" but nobody buys wor... So... but then again, if you don't increase the salaries of the people. And yet, HK is bad in the sense that people flip the properties and not the goods. So then you've also trapped yourselves as well ? So now.. what and why and how? The figures doesn't work wor.... So what did you expect from this actually anyway ??? The money exit from the mainland for foreign money is correct. Maybe it is time.. to be fair... People made choices by their own actions. Maybe the land belongs to the government, and they want to block it from going back into their pot etc.... Depends on how you see it really.... So... I don't know.

Why don't they rent it out to some local chinese restaurants, and let the locals enjoy their dim sums ?! lol...... 🤣😆.... And to stop this "bun bun" business... I don't get why so much competition in HK. It is like... this is dead. Dead man walking. Zero sum game. And the financiers are also the same too. Cos they could've bought and sold currencies, which was what HK was famous for... So then... this kind of thing kills it too.... and now... WELL.... It isn't as valuable as what HK government profess they actually is stated to be honest. Decoupling has to happen actually. I don't know who made those earlier decisions... you've trapped yourselves in a dead end situation.
