These foods will help you lose weight and burn love handle fat, as well as other stubborn fat stores in the body. Examples include belly fat, chest fat, and hip fat. By following the right fat-loss diet plan you'll get rid of your love handles in no time.

Certain foods are likely to lead to the accumulation of fat around your love handles as well as other common fat storage sites like your chest, belly, and hips. Meanwhile, other foods can help you easily reduce your calories without making you feel hungry leading to sustainable fat loss over time. So today I want to give you guys 19 foods that you can incorporate into your diet to fill your stomach and satisfy your taste buds while burning that love handle fat and building muscle in the process.
First, let's start with pasta, and specifically I'm talking about black bean and mung bean pasta. These are significantly lower in carbs and higher in protein than regular pasta. For example, 2 ounces of regular spaghetti will contain 42 grams of carbohydrates and only 7 grams of protein. Meanwhile, the same 2 ounces of black bean pasta will provide only 19 grams of carbs 11 of which will be in the form of filling fiber and a whopping 25 grams of protein. The protein and the fiber from black beans will leave you feeling very full and satisfied, unlike regular pasta which will quickly be converted into sugar and leave you feeling hungry. I also find it very important to include these comfort foods like pasta in your diet if you want to be able to actually stick to your diet for long enough to see those love handles disappear.
Now that I've given you a fun food let's talk about one of the most common high-protein options for fat loss chicken breast. And chicken breast is great because there are so many different and easy ways to eat it without even having to cook it yourself. For example, you can go around the deli section of your grocery store and find many pre-cooked options for chicken breast. These will likely include a thin sliced chicken breast off the grill, buffalo chicken tenders, and of course rotisserie chicken. Having easy options is very important when trying to reduce your calories because when you're cutting calories you're more likely to get hungry and sometimes you don't have the time to cook a meal. Pre-prepped chicken breast even with the addition of buffalo sauce is usually very low in calories and very high in protein. Of course, you can also just buy fresh chicken breast, season it right, maybe add some low-calorie marinade, and cook it on your own as well.
Another thing that'll help is frozen vegetables. These are a staple part of my diet and I highly recommend you always have frozen vegetables in the freezer at home. You can buy pre-mixed stir fries, peppers, cut-up onions, and pretty much whatever you need to make a delicious meal. When you buy fresh vegetables there's once again much more prep time, making it a battle of willpower to just prep a healthy meal. On the other hand frozen vegetables, they're already cut up and ready to be thrown on a frying pan. With some seasoning and low-calorie high protein sauces like soy sauce, you can make some delicious stir fries in under 10 minutes. Also on a side note, many people believe that frozen vegetables aren't as nutritious as fresh vegetables, but that's actually not true and there's even an argument to be made that frozen fruits and vegetables, can be even more nutritious because they stop decomposing the moment they're frozen.
And speaking of frozen fruits these can also help you reduce your calories along with your love handle fat, specifically I recommend you get a mixed berry option and keep it in your freezer. I personally like to take a cup, fill it with frozen berries, and then eat them as they defrost. Eating them while they're still defrosting it'll take you longer making it feel like you're eating much more than you actually are again helping you save calories. Either way you don't have to eat these frozen, because berries are naturally low in calories while also being very filling. Eating 1 or 2 cups of berries per day should only assist with fat loss.
Next, let's move on to something that you can have alongside your meals to take in significantly fewer calories, soups. Soup is very filling and it'll help you take in a lot more water which on its own can help reduce your appetite. You do of course want to choose the right type of soup. So make sure you stay away from high-fat creamy soups and instead go with a healthy soup full of vegetables alongside a lean protein source. An example would be chicken vegetable soup. I personally also enjoy adding black bean pasta to the soup as an alternative to chicken noodle soup. This alternative will have tons of fiber from the black bean pasta and veggies and it'll also have tons of protein, making it very filling without costing

In 8 months, I personally lost 30 kg of weight without losing any muscle and strength. Losing fat is incredibly easy if you know what your doing. When I lose fat, my diet is high protein, high fat and very low carb. This worked great for me. I do strength and lactic acid training, and I also do cardio 2x a week (1x HIIT and 1x steady state). If there is one advice I can give to anyone struggling to lose fat, then it is to AVOID CARBS! This keeps insulin low and improves insulin sensitivity. Eat high protein and healthy fats, especially MCTs. It is also important to include a high-carb day 1x a week to keep your energy and metabolism high and replenish depleted glycogen stores during a low carb diet. This is in my opinion the best and fastest way to lose fat without losing any muscle and strength.

Very well said. I this is the exact thing thing on all aspects I have been doing for the past 4 months (+1week). I lost 26kg. I am 5 weeks away from my 35kg goal. It's definitely not easy that's where I would disagree with you lol. But consistency. Controlling well your process and keeping the process no matter the fluctuation on your scale. And in my case I have gained around 4kg of muscles. Been doing 3-4 times per week of cardio and resistance. Rest days are crucial, dont underestimate that. At some moment I neglected it and have developped a baker's cyst injury, which I overcame it with rest and recovery, but came to close to shitting in my whole plans yikes. Recovery and rest is no joke

@@SA-du4cd Exactly bruv, good to hear you’ve lost all that weight and are close to achieving your 35 kg goal. People really underestimate how weight loss really works. You can’t just “eat whatever you want, as long as you’re in a caloric deficit” and still lose weight effectively. I hear this rubbish all the time lol Keep up the good work and stay healthy.

I do exactly the same bruv. I go 5-6 days high fat, low carb and then a high carb, low fat day. This is a “refeed day” or “carb-load day”. This is extremely important. Even during Keto or other high fat diets, carbs are important and have a place and time.
@eivindgjengstjohansen9625

@@StephonEasyWeightLoss thanks man how many grams of carbs do you get on your refeed/carb-load day?, I read that more than 50 grams and you are in trouble but if you keep it as low as possible the other 6 days then you can have more than 50 grams

Just find out what your maintenance calories are with a googled maintenance calorie calculator, then shoot for maybe 200-500 calories under that, while focusing on getting a good 150g of protein, also depends on bodyweight and such, but 150g is a good spot if you don't wanna do the math. Then backfill the rest of your diet with whatever

My typical breakfast that I have is 5 pasture raised large scrambled eggs with a little melted cheese in it, 1/2 - 3/4 cup 2% cottage cheese (I'll look for 0-1% next time), 1/2 avocado and a mix of a tomato with broccoli and bean sprouts with some garlic salt on it. Very filling and I don't get sick of it and then I take about a 45 minute break before my workout. Then follow up with creatine and a protein shake after my workout. Those yellow potatoes are awesome when you poke holes in them, coat them skins and all in olive oil and salt and then bake them on 450 degrees for an hour (flip them after about 45 minutes). I chop them and put them in soups or have them on the side and they are always good.

Great suggestions and hate to be a party pooper but here is a small list of some things consider. They may not affect you now but they accumulate and may affect you later. Chicken: Regular usage of antibiotics has caused multi drug resistant bacteria. Diet soda: Harmful artificial sweeteners in addition to the other chemicals like like Phosphoric acid that can cause Osteoporosis. Tuna: Higher levels of Mercury than other seafood like salmon, oysters, lobster, scallops and tilapia. Fish & shrimp (Farm raised) can contain antibiotics, pesticides, and insecticides. They can also contain multi drug resistant bacteria. Popcorn: GMO. Try to get something like Amish kernels and vet the popcorn seasonings. Seasonings: Vet the chemistry in all seasonings as they may contain lead, arsenic and cadmium. Don't apply them after cooking because they can contain bacteria from insect parts and excrement. Veggies: May be GMO. Look for vids on how to properly soak and clean your veggies of pesticides and bacteria. These "food" companies don't love us, only profit so, stay vigilant.

I would also add Peanuts/peanutbutter and nuts to the must have list. Add it to your Oat-Skyr-fruit-proteinpowder-breakfast or eat it as a snack.
