Tire Tag looks so fun to do with a partner. Just to make it feel like a game rather than just a workout, I would go by Best of Three. Tag your "partner" (really they're more like your opponent in this instance) two out of three times, you win the game.

I know it's a strange weight, but I was impressed that I could carry it 200 ft and drag it very far as well

Like a pro on those sledgehammers! Another great cardio drill we like to do with our clients, is team tire toe taps...everybody moves around the tire, tapping the top of the tire with their toes.

Great idea I did a tire flip then sledge hammer at each flip. I did change it by carrying tire to do something different. although I want to do it more I will do only once per week. also I used an 8lb sledge hammer in which I was surprised was too light I need to go for 12 lb.

Yes! Because the slam is so full body, we even use 20-25lbs at the gym. Enjoy!

So can I pick maybe 5 and incorporate in to a workout 3 sets x 10? Then perhaps use different ones other days? Just not sure about how to decide which one to use for what target area.... Aside from the obvious ones 😁

Next time you need a tire. Just go to any truck tire shop. They will give one for you for free as they have to pay to get the used tires disposed.

yes thanks, but the problem is that the tire is 130 lbs and sledge hammer 12 lbs. While working out I felt it was not enough. I wanted to take a notch up by sprinting. That is why body shut down and told me to stop! I must be patient and take it slow

Did the workout and I am very surprised not sore the next day. I got my sledge hammer will add that today. How many times do you do this workout per week? I do 5 by 5 workout mon,wed,and fri. Not sure how many times i should do the tire flipping.

Nice! I actually don't use these as a full workout, but incorporate them into other workouts. I would make sure to cycle movements and muscle groups over the week.

Do your rehab and be patient. Our bodies need time to adapt. Can't go from 0-60 like a car!

You could do reps or intervals. And I wouldn't necessarily use all in one workout. I would pick the ones that matched my needs for the day or progression :-)
