I don’t remember which episode it was, but the whole “i had an epiphany: you resent the fact that i nap”/“i don’t respect it when an adult has to sleep in the day” interaction has happened on the show before!

Angry guy is not a protector. He's just angry. He was able to shift that inherent anger into "protection" or "justice", but it's still just an excuse for him to lash out. He should find out what is making him so angry and work on that. He seems like he's going to explode any second, he's trying so hard to be calm and polite.

Therapy. He needs to attend therapy. It helps! His wife saying it feels misogynistic is exactly how I take it just knowing men like this. That he said he inherited it from his dad was telling and something he needs to unpack with a professional.

I think it’s great for people especially men to be able to talk openly about it the ins and outs of anger. There are a lot of levels to it and it’s different for everyone. Sometimes it’s biological, sometimes it’s historical. I “never” get angry but I also sometimes get irrationally angry. How we express that can be a process. Hope he keeps working on it and hope everyone keeps feeling ok to discuss it openly. It is helpful.

Get rid of Alexa and get a JBL. We got an Alexa as a gift, tried it for a week, hated it, gave it away. They're creepy. I'm with Natasha. But I also think she may have said, "Actually" and Alexa reacted. The first caller's insecurities are coming from within and I totally understand her situation but even sharing those fears with your partner can help.

Natasha, waking Moshe up from a nap out of resentment is really gross, toxic behavior. You admitted being jealous that you can't physically fall asleep during the day so this repeated habit is done with malice. Your contempt is noticeable ON THE PODCAST, I can't imagine what it's like in private. Get it together--appreciate your husband and your lifestyle, stop taking both for granted.
