Hello Travis, I have just been given one of these, needs the keys cleaned as they stick, do you have any hints? Also the space bar buffer has come off and I can’t work out how to get it back on one way the space bar doesn’t work and the other way the holes don’t line up. Any ideas would be gratefully received.

If it was 1923 then it's a model 1. Model 2 had type bar guards! Hope this helps!

It’s a long bar with a round pad on each end, trying to screw it back on is a nightmare 😂😂

you probably have a broken drawband which is fairly simple to fix yourself and there are definitely videos on KZbin to show you how :)

I came across one of these. Truly a piece of junk design from the inner mechanics to the carriage truck assembly. If this wasn’t made 100 years ago it wouldn’t be remarkable.
