add tofu instead of chicken and maybe get a protein shake because the tofu eaten has less calories then chicken breast but less protein which will roughly give you the same calories and protein

I’m a vegetarian so I use tofu and I usually use powdered peanut butter for sauces to get some more protein in :)

My problem is that no matter what I can never like oats. Whenever I tried eating oats with yogurt or anything to remove the taste I always ended up gagging and almost throwing up

Find any chicken recipe on KZbin and replace whole chicken with chicken breast and original sauce with a low calorie one

some ppl take it more slow than others too, but usually u shouldnt be losing a whole kg per week anyway, but if ur not losing half a kg with cals that low there light be a little issue, or u simply dont have much to lose and ur 5'2

Could you theoretically lose weight by eating two meals a day that are 1000 cal?

if you eat two 1000 cal meals a day and its below your maintanence then yeah u could lose wait, if you only need 1500 cals a day but you eat 2000, you gain weight, if u need 2500 a day and eat 2000, you lose weight

If your body can only use (for muscle synthesis) up to 0,4g of protein per kilo of body weight per meal, you need to be 100kgs in order to really take the most advantage out of a meal with 40g protein…but I suppose most people that watch this are not that heavy, me for example, I can only use 20g of protein per meal, otherwise all of this excess protein can bring about kidney problems (proteinuria and eventually nephrotic syndrome). So I think a disclaimer would be beneficial for the audience, because I guess people just copy your meals without matching them to their body weight

Do you think being heavier makes your kidneys bigger? There is a massive SD from the stat you are pulling from, a stat which was manipulated originally to be a nice and convenient guideline.

20g (2 squares) of dark chocolate with a high amount of cacao (70% or more) will contain about 16mg caffeine. So, not much!

Apparently you realy don't need that much extra protein. Your body breaks down extra protein to fat and Carbs. could you look into that a bit please I'd realy appreciate a video on that! :D

Anywhere between 1.8-2.2g protein per kg of bodyweight per day is plenty for most people! You can consume more than that but it likely won’t have much of an added benefit when it comes to muscle growth 👍

this is 170 kg , if youre 170 lb this is near ur max recommended portion, and it works with like over 95 % of people

Oh my bbq sauce bad seasoning options why have flavoured yogurt? You have any idea how mzny hidden sugars will be in those...??? It will be proteinrich but it may also have a few hudden fats and sugars... why eat anything of over 210 calories as a snack???

Nah bro iam stick with my 500gram chiken breast, seasoning with olive oil,ginger,garlic,and shalot, for carb i just eating casava,cabage,brokoli,or sweer potato, with just 1700calories a day

Or just cut down heavily processed and agriculturally forced stuff (carbs, sugars) and there will be even better outcomes than being hungry all the time and maybe gain some hormonal imbalance. I’m not putting you down Jonathan, I was at your place too - I loved morning porridges and protein bars, pre workout chocolate puffed rice snacks etc. but fitness is a little bit more than just protein powders and low kcal products. When we will take care of our bodies the proper way, the body will give us an answer back - and for me it’s a form of my life, 4-pack abs (genetics 🙄) and feeling like I can rip a world apart
