Simply amazing. What is more amazing is in a few more videos you will be walking around it with your camera, going well I got to get the wiring done finish up a little welding which is not a problem, and then I will get the tags. Then off to the races again. I could watch a thousand guys build up a hot rod and have. Look I bought a running model A, took it apart, sent it out to be stripped and restored painted to be delivered back to my shop for a mere 10 or 20 grand. They might build or modify the frame some. Then out it goes for paint. Then they start opening up boxes of the latest and greatest front ends, rear ends, crate motors, electronics, etc. thousands of more dollars. Did I mention that the upholstery has been sent out, too, add a few more thousand. By this time I am thinking wow, you could build a nice house for that around here. Then for the finale a whole team of people descend on the build and work 2 nights straight with them in all actuality it is one big long ad for performance parts. No unique motors, unique builds, I was watching some of the whippet videos again. It was toast. It is in restorable condition now, or at least where it might be considered for restoration or to be kept around a while longer. Once again I pontificate and apologize if you find it boorish, but I find it comforting to know that for just a few years more these vehicles or motors are going to live if just for a few more years in running condition. Every time you register and tag one it is a like watching your team win.

haven't seen too many later Chrysler cars on the show, I started using their front suspension with the torsion bars in 1957 or 8, used the frame back to the rear of the mounts for the bar and that allowed me to use the steering box as well. I also started using the front end from the Mirada (Canada) a bolt on cross torsion bar set up with the complete steering and suspension on a small sub frame held on with 4 bolts. I think that system was used for quite a few years from the early 80s.

I think those wheels are going to look really good once they get cleaned up and painted good. Not quite wagon wheels but they will fit for a pick-up truck for sure. I had some on a Ford F-150 and they turned out to be really good wheels. They always held true when they were mounted with good tires. I had some pretty expensive radials on them from Pirelli that were high speed rated tires. Those tires lasted 40K miles before I had to get rid of them.

They(youtube moneybot) pay and charges for ad time on views so are very strict on tracking how much play time counts as a view and what gets counted by the moneybot before updating(like after the length of the video eh). Likes don't matter, and neither does being first(besides an achievement for a McDonald's application), so likes get updated faster. Make sense? Likes do matter to the popularitybot and gets the vid recommended more based on them. This is all info from an old Tom Scott video if you need to look up more. Have fun.

Additionally I especially love the fact that you use what you have respectively was a cheap buy. Please kindly allow me a suggestion: Sandblasting aluminum rims destroys the surface and the structural integrity (if this is the correct word). There are definitely much better materials for cleaning aluminum rims (walnutshell pieces, glass pearls etc.p.p.). Thanks a lot for making teaching recording editing uploading and sharing. I don't know what I am talking about but more asking a question than anything... can you drill a hole on either side of that axle in front and put like a shock hanger style bolt through it so the eye of the spring can go over it securing the front spring in a forced to stay position ... I know that you could weld it strong but would it destroy the temper in that axle.... I am telling you that I really don't know but wished I did. I wouldn't try it myself on something if you said its hairball. Taking shape fast... then I have ideas as done when I see em. Some see scrap and I see possibilities. Take care I had one other broom tail but was scared to mention it but running torsion bars up from either side to that axle and using the torks box idea????
