It’s a 1929 - 1934 era Triolian in ‘polychrome’ finish. Could be more accurate with a SN. These steel bodies are so reverberant and it’s amazing to hear it played fo beautifully.

Sarah, what does National mean by 'Duolian' and 'Triolian' ? ...sounding good BTW Sounds like it has its own reverb cheers

There are some differences between the two models, mostly cosmetic. For example, triolian has a bound fingerboard, duolian does not. Early triolians were wood bodied, duolians were always steel as far as I know. The necks and fingerboards can vary.

Triolian is three resonators, duolian is two? Three and One were the most common for early Nationals.

Rogo is such a sweet slide player , one of the best I've heard , luv it when she gets al 1940's . Sarah - you really need to play at the Merlefest Music Festival here in Wilkesboro, NC. It's usually in late April, although cancelled this year...you have the chops and would be perfect for an event like this. It's bigtime - one of the largest roots based music events in the U.S. Past performers, and there have been many, include The Avett Brothers, Willie Nelson, Zac Brown, Elvis Costello and even JP Jones of Zeppelin played here a few years ago. Love your guitar playing and singing!!
