Back in the 1960s when I was a boy in my old hometown of NYC, there were still some old cars with big fenders and exposed running boards between the fenders running around once in a while. 😊

From the many close-up photos, it appears to have been completely restored. The owner can't possibly sell it for what he's already invested in it. As attractive as it is to me, it's the smaller, six-cylinder car. It's sales got the company through the depression, but enthusiasts don't consider them to be true Packards. Classic Car Club of America doesn't accept them. I wish the seller well. I hope it goes to a loving home.

This comment is a good illustration of why many people are turned off not by Packard cars but by Packard owners and enthusiasts. I've been to the museum in Ohio and have been a fan of Packard since my childhood but I wouldn't ever join a club because of the better than you feeling many people have. The 110 series is wonderful both in design and function. A great match of quality and performance. I really enjoy watching videos like this that show how different they are from modern cars. Thank you for posting this.

Regardless of the model series, its still a Packard. In my opinion, the best cars ever made in America. To think that we still have Cadillac and Lincoln around, while Packard was far superior.
