1941 Cat D2 Mowing 4 Ft Tall Grass

A wetter than normal July 2024 gave rise to an unwanted crop of Johnson grass. This did not exist in late spring so that part of the property was ignored. At the first break in the Texas summer heat it was mowed. Except for the annoying aspects of using a crawler tractor and 7Ft drag behind mower in a relatively confined space, all was successful.

I saw a guy cut blue-tops with a dozer once instead of a grader.
