Yes most of the roof was welded with a TIG so the joints can be hammer and dollied. Some of the pillar and corner window stuff was MIG'd since you can't get to the back side anyway. There will be skim coat on pretty much everything but won't be thicker than an 1/8 even in the worst spots.

Hello, Nice work...I mean really nice work! After looking at your first vid with the big gaping hole where the rear window went I thought the rear of it was going to end up being a mess but you managed to put it back together with quality workmanship and very good proportions. I have a few questions. Are you using a Tig welder? Also even though the finished metal work looks smooth and seamless, I assume you have to be using at least a skim coat of filler...it this true?

Part 3 got kinda screwed up, most of the body work is almost finished but will try and post something for the windows and trim.

Nice job on the Chop!! But you didn't really show much of how it was done.. Guess this video set of 2 and a ghost video wasn't really a how to video, just a video of what you did...
