This car has everything I love - big graceful fins, beautiful chrome "jewelry," gold anodized accents, quad lights, power everything, dual quads, Hemi, black paint, black carpet with gold lame thread, push button trans, dual antennae, wraparound windshield, wide whitewalls with bias ply side styling...shall I go on?

WOW'WEE! Reminds me to check my lottery #'s! Was the gold one formally Stalupi's car? My Mom spoke of a DeSoto she had, with the push button trans, & I think vacuum operated windshield wipers??????

Thanks for the comment Michae - Google it - ‘57 was a short mode year for the convertible. Had dual headlights.

Desoto 1957 never built a convertable , this is a body shell with Adventurer trim . Studebaker Kary NH .

50s Lover - DeSoto released a convertible Adventurer late in the ‘57 mode year. Google it - they only made 300 and actually printed a custom insert for the owner’s manual welcoming buyers into an exclusive club of ownership. There are 17 believed to remain in the US today.
