The barbell rollout is a legit exercise that people still do today. You can see what stuff stuck around because they were actually good, and what got tossed out over time. Obviously squats are good, ab rollouts are good, incline dumbbell bench is good. All the goofy vibration machines and stuff were basically nonsense, though.

I did that one set of 5 reps for the first time, after two days did 7 reps, after a week I did 10 reps,... within 2 weeks you can do 3-4 sets and 10 reps.... The first days are hard because abs hurt a little bit

Yes, you can find bodybuilding going back to the early 1900s but it was a real subculture. About the 1960s in the US you would see advertisements in the back of magazines on how to build muscles and look like a bodybuilder but not in every country .

At 51 years of age, that is one of the most frustrating aspects of lifting in today's gyms. Young dudes sitting on the benches and machines surfing their damn phones like it's their living room couch. Even when I lifted in the 1980's and we had our Sony Walkman headphones on, we still paid attention to others and communicated and shared equipment. Nowadays, you ask a dude how many more sets he has and a death stare follows.
