@JackgarPrime
@JackgarPrime Жыл бұрын
The barbell rollout is a legit exercise that people still do today. You can see what stuff stuck around because they were actually good, and what got tossed out over time. Obviously squats are good, ab rollouts are good, incline dumbbell bench is good. All the goofy vibration machines and stuff were basically nonsense, though.

At 51 years of age, that is one of the most frustrating aspects of lifting in today's gyms. Young dudes sitting on the benches and machines surfing their damn phones like it's their living room couch. Even when I lifted in the 1980's and we had our Sony Walkman headphones on, we still paid attention to others and communicated and shared equipment. Nowadays, you ask a dude how many more sets he has and a death stare follows.
